Clean, comfy and safe place to stay.

Very good location. Metro right at the door step. Supermarkets nearby. ATM, cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable and safe. Kitchenette is well equipped.

Toilet lid is cheap light plastic. Could have been better quality.

Lovely staff and a practical location, great 3 night stay for a group of 3!

Great room for a group of 3, had everything we needed to get by! Very close to the Metro station which made transport very easy. Helpful and polite staff in all areas 😊

Was nice to have a balcony but could have done with a few plants, balcony furniture etc. it was a space we loved using but had nothing to sit on/ relax around.

Great living near by caffe, supermarket and bakery. Nice staff and big appartement. Unfortunately there was no waste bag so we could not leave the apartment as we wanted (with empty bin). Really bad sleeping on the folding sofa, during every movement it squeaked loudly. Great location. There was no the same amount of toiletries as us (payed people) - but its detail.

It is an affordable space with everything you need. Overall, my stay was great, and I think I’ve made a good choice. It

It had a kitchen and I could cook my own food, which was something I wanted to do.

I had to defrost and clem the fridge on my arrival. Too much ice on both freezer and fridge level. Also some pans and pots were missing (luckily they got me a brand new pans!) Also there is a strong smell of smoke when you first get onto the floor.

The location is really good as you have the metro station right in front of the property. We also walked from the city center to the location few times, it will take around 45 minutes. The room is ok size. The bed was really good as well as the pillows (for the price). The parking is quite good and seemed very safe.

It is not clean. The floor was very dusty, so dusty that you walked with your socks on and they turn grey. The common areas were also quite poorly maintained. The elevator was dusty and old, even though the building seems new. We had someone smoking really bad nearby and you can smell the cigarettes as you wait for the elevator.

4 persons during one week and only a few toilet paper ?? and if you ask more, they give you only 1 ? the kitchen should have basic items, like salt and others. the heater at at the living room was too cold and is difficult to them to give you one more couvert

Good opportunity to stay with the family

Very clean apartment, small shop nearby. Situated quite good in center. Secure access to the building, lift and floor secured by the cameras.

Bathroom equipment is partly broken or hardly functioning (sink). Key handover was bad organized (reception was closed, no access by phone, I needed to contact central reception and waited 40 min until I got access to the apartment). Good that I could speak French.

Nice clean quiet place to stay in Downton lyon

The property was clean and well located the staff were helpful , I was able to take my dog, there were good amenities close by, the suite was large with a large terrace and great storage space

I think the suites are a great size but lack some interior design aspects - picture on the wall, few plants and with such a large terrace so.e outside terrace furniture and some plants would have really brightened the place up and given you another really enjoyable space.

Ok for 1 night stopover, the children count glitch, our 3 teenagers slept in a double bed.

Clean, accessible, in good state, parking underground connected with apartment, reception desk available all day, fairly new room, bathroom clean and facilities available and working.

We booked the room for 5 people and there where only 2 double beds, we complaint but apparently this is a Booking glitch where it doesn't matter the age of the 3 children it gives 1 double bed. We complained and we will take it further as it has ruined our stay. Really smelly staircases and dirty corridors.

Very pleased. Could not have found better

Very pleased. very clean and comfortable. Small area for preparing food which was good. Very pleasant staff. Enquired where best to buy a pizza and was directed to a reasonably priced place. The pizzas were delicious. Would definitely choose to stay again and also recommend.

Was a bit hard to find as have never been to Lyon before. However found a very helpful person who showed us where it was. A little difficult as do not speak French.

So much space and the lay out is great. Worked perfectly for our over Night stop.
