We were given a room right next to the train tracks so from 4am our room was noisy. The bathroom needs to be renovated - there's black mould on the shower wall, and under the sink the board hiding the sink pipes had almost tipped onto the floor.

If you’re looking for a bad experience at a hotel, then you’ve come to the right place!

At the reception we were served for more than 30 minutes (even though my room was paid for online). In the end, they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied by other people. There’s no point even mentioning the cleanliness of the room — the pillows had blood stains, the windows clearly hadn’t been cleaned this year, and so on. The breakfast was awful.

My room didn’t have a/c or it was busted, which is difficult for sleeping in a massive heatwave. Lots of small, noticeable issues that added up to neglect and shabbiness.

the shower glass door is half sized, which is really annoying. and the windows of our room faced inside of the building, which was ok because afterall we only used our room for sleeping and not hanging out.

Spacious room, parking on site, 5 min. walk to the nearest metro station and a supermarket nearby. Air conditioning is working well, this is very IMPORTANT!

The room needs repair and good cleaning. The first room we had received was very different from the photos of booking site but at the end we had an adequate room. Kitchenette has just few thing, no enough glass for all of us but the reception refused to give us one more.

It’s a nice place for three adults to stay one night.

There was bottled water in the fridge. The hotel was clean and pretty.

The check-in was late although 16h is already late for a check-in. The restaurant / bar is closed at check-in time so you have to go elsewhere to get a drink or snack while you wait. The shower was impossible to use without getting a large part of the bathroom wet. The hotel seems to be needing some renovations (halls leading to the rooms).

Room way too warm air con didn’t seem to be doing much. Couldn’t open window as noise of trains outside window whole night. Room was very dark one of lights didn’t seem to be working great and just a wee bit worn down looking
