Great location, about 10 minutes walk from Part-Dieu station. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially when I had an issue with a noisy neighbor late at night. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room size was perfect for me, and the curtains were great and made the room nice and dark.
The breakfast was disappointing: pastries tasted packaged, the coffee wasn't good, and overall it wasn't worth paying for. I'd stay again for the location and service, but I wouldn't book the breakfast.

Easy check in and check out.
Promptly received an extra towel and pillow on request.
Self service machine could not provide tea at night.
No tea or coffee machine in rooms.
Single glazing windows were cold on sub-zero nights.

The staff was really nice and attentive; They let us do an early check in.
The beds were not very comfortable and there was a lot of dust under the bedS, even though there was regular cleaning on the rooms. The location is very good.
