Welcoming staff. Able to check in early.

Banged my head badly on the bunk bed located above the main double bed. All is painted white. I can't be the only person who has done this. For health and safety reasons you need to put a different colour and a warning along the edge of the bunk bed.

It was clean and quite noiseless.

The shower was in the room, wouldn't serve for two people who aren't a couple or intimate. Also, I would add a hanger or something to hang the coats at the entrance like we found in other Ibis hotels.

A basic hotel, but friendly, helpful staff. Convenient for the station, and a good ‘Beer Halle’ across the road. Comfortable bed, and the hotel provided a hairdryer on request.

Room was clean and bright and right opposite the lift.! Hotel very close to Part Dieu rail station and the tram line. Very comfy bed.

No fresh air; no openable windows. No net curtains. Air conditioning instructions not helpful. Had to be let into hotel by reception staff - no key system.

A budget hotel for a pleasant stay at Lyon

The place was located where was easy to reach. The room was clean. There were free drinks (water, coffe, tea) available 24 hours which was great; free croissants as well. The staff were quite friendly.

If one pays by cash an amount would be blocked on his/her credit card. This was quite inconvenient for the one whose card does not work at that moment for any reason and has cash with himself. In addition, it is inconvenient for who does not have credit card. In my opinion it is pretty easy for them to buy a scanner device to verify the credibility of the cash. The air conditioner was not that efficient as the temperature during last weekend was around 26 degrees.

The accommodation is good. If you are using the train, it is perfect for the arrival or departure. The room is small but no issues. Decent continental breakfast and friendly staff.

Overall, the location of this hotel was optimal - close to the express train from the airport, to the metro, buses and trams, as well as bike rentals! Going to the city centre was very easy. Also, not far from the hotel, there are some very interesting and less touristy places for drinks and dinner. Breakfast was OK

Although it was not mentioned in the small print, I was expecting a hair drier in the room. Also, no hand towel was given and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The toilet is separate from the basin and the shower, and annoyingly it has a sensor light that is quite annoying at night

it was close to every single mode of transport and was super convenient ! the check in time was so convenient as well as being able to catch my train the next morning.

it was really weird but I think the new bedsheets smell like you’re walking into a toilet the moment you open the room door! but it would go away as you enter the room.

Great for one day travelling

If you come from the airport with the Rhonexpress, the hotel is right next to the station. There are a lot of bike rental places with which you can go to the city center. The breakfast was ok for the price paid.

The bathroom was really small, didn't like the fact that the shower cabin was exactly in the room. There weren't a lot of plugs in the room.
