The place is quite clean and conducive

The location was quite good for my business trip

The room did not have a provision to make own coffee. At least a cattle for boiling water itand complimentary drinking water would be most appreciated.

It was more like an Air B & B with staff support, good for students

Rooms have everything you need. Great shower. Comfy bed. General sense of cleanliness.

The atmosphere is that of a prison hospital. They advertise with Citè Internationale, but that's a good kilometer walk away on the other side of the Rhone. The center of Caluir et Cuire is a good half hour walk uphill. Rue St. Claire is dull to say the least and eating facilities are of the amateur type.

the strong smell in the room, not a good one. The elevator code not working from the parking (so impossible to reach the hotel), and the exit door from the parking which requires to ring a bell to be opened. The main door to leave the parking with the car: the code didn't work and there is no interphone to contact the reception (someone told me that they removed it). I had to wait that a car leaves (from the Ibis hotel), to be able to leave the parking at the same time.

The bed was good and the room was worth the price.

The room smelled like cigarettes when I came. The air was not refreshed at all. I also found the traces of ash on furniture. The drain in the shower was completely blocked. Also, a curtain in the shower was too small so it was not covering the cabin sufficiently.

Bad experience: uncomfortable room & poor facilities

Nothing really!

It was not a good & comfortable place to stay even for a short period of time! Room facilities were very poor. My bed didn’t have any blanket, bed & pillow sheets not very clean. The room was damp, smelly & cold while air conditioning was only working at low temperatures (i.e. no heater, only cooler)! Hotel is located in a noisy area, so when I opened the windows to get some fresh air, it would become extremely noisy & annoying! Finally, breakfast was very basic & low quality. I would not recommend this place at all.

clean, easy with transportation, and i was on the garden side, so no traffic noise for me

The room was comfortable and mostly clean (a little bit of dust on the desk or in the bathroom). Room is not fully equiped considering the room price. It is in nice neighborhood and not very far from Parc de la Tête d’Or, beautiful city park.

The room is clean and quite with air conditioning. Good location for my conference and easy public link to city centre.

The less satisfactory thing is that the room had not been serviced in the last two days(Friday and Saturday )
