Nice stay for a quick pit stop.

Staff was very slow and we were waiting for 15-30 mins while we were tired from the roadtrip to enter our room.

The hotel was recently renovated and very confortable. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist Harvey who explained the public transportation to Lyon old city from the hotel. Finally we decided to go to Parc Tête d’Or which was a short walk away.

The breakfast was somewhat weak, I would have liked to have eggs and the jambon was clearly stayed out too long as its color had changed so I didn’t have any. We had stayed in Voreppe recently and the breakfast was really good there.

The room was not so bad, but hte attention in general ver bad.

The room in general is nice.

We arrived late at night and there was no bed sheets. We had to ask for them, but there was only one available (we had two beds). So one of us had to sleep without sheets.. Also, we got charged by Booking AND the hotel, so we paid for the rooms twice. I still dont have a reimbursement, when I asked several times.

Good value for money. Very handy location with bus stop right outside the door and regular busses into the tourist areas. Smallish rooms but clean and comfortable and in good order.

The bed was OK in terms of comfort. Nothing major but not uncomfortable.

Not clean, the staff wasn't nice at all (except the cleaning lady and the breakfast people who were OK), the space wasn't clean at all and had a spider.

horrible sound insulation, the noise from the street during the night was so loud that was impossible to sleep (as if the windows were opened); no elevator from the parking garage to the hotel, only narrow staircase; mold in the bathroom

Location was fine, since it was close to the convention center (but not great for any other tourist purposes)

Hotel not very clean. Room had some issues (some more serious than others) such as: poor lighting and small window, walls were dirty, some cables were visible, shower did not have a box and bed was not very comfortable

The staff were helpful and professional given the number of issues with our booking. Breakfast was very good, fresh and varied. The gentleman running the breakfast service was very pleasant and professional. Good value for money

We had booked two rooms but were only given one because of an error. The means of getting to the reception from the underground parking was cumbersome. You need to drag your suitcases up the stairs to the reception area and only then can you get the elevator to your room. The room itself was basic but comfortable. The A/C temperature couldn't be adjusted.
