The people at the reception desk were very helpful. The cleaning woman was also OK. The room was spic and span.

I guess that breakfast should be far better compared to other hotels I visited. The flatware were not always clean. In other Ibis hotels I have had always mineral water, tea pot, coffee bags, and a set of tea bags.

Friendly staff, efficient air conditioning. The breakfast served from 6:30am. Fast wifi (though not password-protected)

The air conditioning controls in the room are somewhat misleading. Some vegetables would improve the breakfast.

we went to amphithéâtre show and it was close and convenient. staff was excellent, easy to find a parking.

there is a railway road nearby. it’s noisy with open window but you cannot hear anything when it’s closed. probably for this reason they installed double windows

the breakfast is really bad, if you were there at aroma 9:30 morning, the hotel would not give you new food anymore, you can only drink coffee that’s all… breakfast price and what food you could have is not equal.

It's a bit far from the city center but for quietness and peace, it's a very good place.

The first day of my stay the whole hotel could not provide hot water... cold showers are not what I expect in a hotel!

Hotel is located near the Conference centre (a few minutes walk), equipped with 2 elevators (queue is usually less than 1 minute), air conditioning worked properly, breakfast contained French cheese assortment (minimum 3 different types), my bed was made every day; the receptionist helped me about booking a taxi for my way back to the airport... Modest, but nice hotel

If you book bed&breakfast at the hotel, but you decide to have dinner there as well, you have to pay it instantly at the restaurant (won't be charged to your room so you can pay all at once at the end of your stay, for instance). Tables at the restaurant look like it was not wiped for days - during your breakfast, in the corner of a restaurant, you can find a disinfectant spray and a cloth to wipe it yourself (!?), otherwise you'll eat on previous guest leftovers! Better confide in your alarm to wake up - if you ask for wake up call they will accept and note it, but won't call you in the morning (like morning shift of receptionists does not communicate with the previous one via that notebook they use in every hotel?!)... You won't get a trash bin for your room (bathroom) unless you ask for it (?!) - I had to collect mine and throw it away on my way out (?!!!) Watch out NOT to smoke in front of main entrance (even though it is not forbidden because it's an open space and there is an trash bin with an ashtray top) - you can end up locked outside with receptionist refusing to let you in because "all the smoke is coming in"! With no warning to move, not answering the main door bell after I rang 3 times, knocking on the door and showing my hotel card to prove I am the guest at 10AM, minutes before I should check out and leave to the airport!!! Could have missed my flight because of it!!! Never had an experience like this before, anywhere in the world! Left me speechless for sure...

Not fancy but clean, comfortable and well located for Conference Centre, Tête d'Or park and riverside walks/bike rides.

The hotel is beside a train line which is noisy for rooms that are adjacent to it. Room decor a bit tired.

Great location close to the congress, small room but superclean and roomy shower. Good breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff.
