It was OK, we could do this again. Please make sure the scramled eggs are warm next time.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood around hotel was nice, good restaurants and bars nearby. Parking under hotel. Breakfast was ok-ish, even though scrambled eggs were cold, there was hardly any fresh fruit., but the bread and baguettes were excellent. Bar fortunately had one good whisky, and they served a whole pot of tea (not just a cup). Nice to have a (small) table in the room. Plenty of electricity sockets. Enough storage space for luggage and clothes.

Bed had too many layers that shifted all the time, duvet was way too small (we are both over 1,90 meter), pillows were too small and too thin. No view from window (well, in the corner on the backside, overlooking the neighbours windows, they were of course looking back at us). The single chair in the room was uncomfortably small, and made of bare steel.

Good place for a few days.

It's really affordable for a one-night stay. My main reason was to attend a local show and get some sleep. The place is super clean. The breakfast was good and included in the final price.

No refrigerator. That was a bummer.

The location was just great as right in the middle of the student campus, which was the purpose of our trip. The breakfast is quite good

Not terrible, but would not go back.

Great breakfast. Plus, the guy in charge of it was very friendly and energetic. Decent bathroom. Interesting interior design. Close to INSA and other research/teaching facilities. But that is, in fact, irrelevant, as the tramway gets you there in a matter of minutes anyway.

The smell when I got into the lobby. Not sure what that smell is... My room was noisy. Not sure what that noise was... Not much choice in the area for food.

- Limited international TV news (e.g. BBC World); - WiFi connection dropped out frequently, especially during morning after overnight; - Bedroom window had no fixed tilt setting (only open or closed); - Bathroom had strong smell of smoke from ventilation system early in morning, indicating smoking in room(s) somewhere despite NON-SMOKING hotel policy - disappointing

The waiting time in the lobby. No bell for letting the stuff know that customers are already waiting. The breakfast was ok. The lightning in the bathroom could be a bit brighter. A little expensive in total

It was close to where we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable. Water was hot. The room was clean . COVID compliant.

Wi-fi didn’t work. Bread at breakfast on our second day was stale. Felt the bathroom was dark.
