Enjoyed the location, however some items not enjoyed.

Location to park very nice, and yet very easy to reach the old city and the train station.

Noise heard in room started very early in morning, other room doors closing very loudly. Restaurant ran out of food 2 evenings.

weird things happened, but still wish to come back again

close to the park and restaurant, clean room, comfy beds and pillows, soundproof, plenty of underground parking lots, compliment fruits and filtered water

During our stay, we left a bag of donuts opened and we lost one or two donuts. But our other valuables stayed untouched.

Awesome stay

The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. Washroom comes with a bathtub. Breakfast spread was very nice and enjoyed it. Overall experience was excellent during the stay.

The room was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable and excellent breakfast. Great location next to the park, within five minutes walking distance.

One of the dispensers in the bathroom for soap/lotion didn't work correctly and there were no hooks to hang more than one towel (there were two of us in the room).

Comfortable rooms, great service and breakfast. Also, location is perfect for attending events at Centre de Congrès de Lyon.

It's a pity AC cannot be controlled from the room. If the hotel has the AC off there is no way to turn it on, but the control panel stays lit up through the night disturbing the sleep.

Rubbish, avoid if you can by any means

We were in room 210 and the air conditioner or the fridge did not work and we were in a heat wave, August 24 so just two days ago. The ladies on reception were indifferent but did show us another room but had no balcony which we specified. Different level of room that we were not prepared to pay more given we had paid for the resources. The gentleman in charge of rooms did bring us a fan and ice water and promised to move us the next day. After a sleepless night we pack our bags for the move while we went out. So on return we were in room 214, guess what, air conditioning did not work! The fridge did. One would think that the aircon would have been checked but no. In the previous room the maintenance guy came several times and we gave up, he had zero idea, anyone seen Faulty Towers? Sweated it out as there was no use requesting help. Could not wait to check out, so hot and no rest!!!

Confortable stay with friendly service but few options for guest for food allergies.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and plaisant

The location is great for work but far from old Lyon for tourists activities. Luckily the buses run regularly, are conveniently located next to the hotel and easy to use. Gluten free options are almost non existent on the hotel restaurant menu (salad is not a solution when you stay for a week). There are many restaurants near the hotel but it is the same situation. The grocery store was also very far, (walking distance) so if you have food allergies, food is a real challenge. I understand that currently, France in general is not an easy place to travel when you are celiac, but hopefully that will change in time.

Nice, clean and confortable hôtel but the staff need to be train

The room and bathroom were very clean . The bed confortable The breakfast was ok but way too small for such an hotel. Not many spaces and we had to wait to seat everyday. At breakfast there was a good choice and it was good.

Not able to take a drink in the restaurant. Happened twice to us when there were only few people. The staff did not know the number of the door to go up by the stairs. We had to wait for 15 mins.. they didn’t tell me how much I paid of guarantee and they never gave me the paper for it. Which caused problem when we tried room service and I had to give the last numbers of my credit card because they apparently had no guarantee for the room.. 2 phone call and 1 hour later we got 1 drink and desserts which we were refused in the bar. The person who did the check out was very good , helpful and apologetic .

The hotel provides basic staying for the trip. But there is very less hospitality here

Comparing with other hotels in Lyon as we reviewed before the trip, this hotel seemed to be cleaned with reasonable price

The whole experience is quite disappointed. They firstly gave us a room with yellowish stains on the bathtub which was not cleaned properly. When we asked receptionist to send people to check the room, receptionist just called us back and informed that housekeeper made sure the bathtub has been cleaned but it’s too old and those stains are impossible to remove. I came to reception and asked them to change the room. Secondly, we requested toothpaste and brushes but they said housekeeper has left and they do not have access for the storage. We are hoteliers and we know how hotels work in different shifts. It is unacceptable excuses. Lastly, the breakfast staff requested me to leave breakfast at 9.45 in the last day. I have breakfast twice and know very sure that they close breakfast at 10. Other people are still eating around. I have asked her back to ensure there is no misunderstanding here. Is it because I am a young Asian?

As always, great place to stay!

As always, the location is great - easy to get to from the motorway and easy access to parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are great and there is also easy access to public transport into the city centre. The bar is good, and there are other options to eat and drink just outside the hotel or walking distance.

Lovely Lyon

Great location close to Parc de la Tête d'Or and perfect access to buses. There were cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. This was an ideal location for us to discover Lyon and Vieux Lyon.

Great hotel but no workspace

Everything was great, even the room service food was enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Arrived late which wasn't a problem and was in my room less than 10 minutes after arriving.

There was no where to work with plugs available after checking out and continuing travels. This is uncommon for Crown plaza hotels. There also wasn't a fridge or mini bar in the room which wasn't ideal but not the end of the world
