The hotel was very clean and nice. The room was large, very clean and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

We would have preferred not to have carpeted floor as I have allergic to dust. But it was clean so no problem for 1 night.

Enjoyable and high value for cost

The hotel interior is minimal and pretty. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and there was always someone available. It has a restaurant which came in handy as everything around was closed for the holiday. The food was good although the menu was limited. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety although it did not change for our full 4 day stay. The room was comfy and everything was super clean, including the toilet.

They had forgotten that we asked for a crib but rectified this quickly and on our last day, we asked for an early breakfast as our flight was before breakfast time and they refused us. That was a first to me in a hotel and I didn't appreciate it. It would've been nice to have a fridge in the room to store some snacks for our kid. The area we were in was nice but walking back from the city center means you have a steep hill to climb.

Great option for bringing a car to Lyon

Really great option if you are bringing a car to Lyon! We were at the end of a month long road trip so the very secure parking at this hotel was brilliant to have, and the lift that went right from the car to the room. The hotel is beautifully designed, very trendy, and the check in was very friendly and welcoming. It also felt like very good value. The room was comfortable and stylish. The walk from this area into the old town was great! Don't be put off by Google saying 40 mins, much of it was down hill and a stepped road with lots of great boutiques to visit along the way. It's a great meander with a nice coffee. We would definitely stay again if visiting Lyon.

Excellent stay with great location and service with paid parking

The location was excellent, right next to the metro, which saved us from walking up the hill back to the hotel. It’s also close to a big park, I recommend renting bikes nearby and riding through it or go around the city. There’s a supermarket just across the street, which was very convenient. The room met my expectations as per Accor’s standards: spacious, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff and even a gym. The breakfast, though for an extra cost, was definitely worth it.

We arrived by car, and while the hotel offers parking, it comes at an additional cost. It would have been nice if it was complimentary, we paid about 40 euros for two nights. However, it is not a big dealbreaker, I would choose it again if it comes as option.

Great stay.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. There's a bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to the large city park. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It was easy to log into YouTube to watch videos. Shower needs a little maintenance but it was still much cleaner than most places I've stayed.

Some maintenance in the bathrooms. No refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold, but the staff provided cups of ice when requested. The heat is not always strong when cold outside.

Stylish place to stay off the beaten path

I was impressed by the hotel's modern design and cozy atmosphere. The room was chic and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant - warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is a bit removed from the city center, but the subway makes it easy to reach downtown Lyon.

My only real challenge was the bed - it was unusually high, which made getting in and out a bit awkward. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if accessibility is important to you.

Stylish and good value hotel with outstanding breakfast

Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh food and vegetarian options. Good value and nice location, not very near to the station but shops and restaurants nearby, very close to nice walks in the Côte D’Or park and along the River Rhône.

Decor of the room is quite dark and gloomy.

5 star, would absolutely return!

We stayed here for one night as a pitstop on a road trip - we found ourselves wishing we could stay longer in this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy compared to other hotels we had stayed in on the same trip. Staff were some of the friendliest people we have come across in France and were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was also better than expected, variety from pastries to cooked breakfast which we have found rare so far on our journey. Car park was definitely worth the $19 for the night and for the price we paid for the room we were incredibly happy.

Literally the only downside for us was that the fitness centre was not as good as we had hoped and weights did not go up as high as my partner would have liked - but I think for anyone that isn't fussed about weights it would have been perfect.

Great and modern hotel in a lovely district

Great and brand new hotel in a very convenient position in the Croix Rousse district. The city center is just a (very nice) walk away, but you can also take a bus to get there more quickly (the bus station is very close). The district itself is super nice, with a local vibe and lots of restaurants, boulangeries, shops etc. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and modern.

Newly built hotel

Location was convenient as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There's also 2 metro stops within 10 mins walk. The place is very new and so everything was super clean. Nice view at the top and there's also a restaurant and bar downstairs.

The price is a bit higher compared to other hotels in the area. I also received some charges that I had to contest, for example I was charged breakfast and clearly because I checked out super early obviously didn't eat it. Also during check in I specifically declined breakfast. Eventually the staff removed the charge but it left a sour taste.

We were going to AirBnB glad we stayed here instead

Brand new facility (we were apparently the 2nd people to stay there) The staff and Management were warm and friendly, went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it felt more like we were staying with friends.

Hotel recently opened so in good condition, friendly staff. Everything was clean, room size was ok. Nice bar and reception area too.

The construction site outside, all along the street, which is no fault of the hotel I know, but when the work starts at 8am you know it. My 1st floor room was missing a privacy curtain on the road side floor to ceiling window, so it was either no natural light or being visible to the world outside.....

Mon avis et mitigé ! Je tenterai peut être une nouvelle fois !

L’hôtel, la déco, le petit déjeuner , l’accueil dans le cadre de la chambre !

Je suis arrivé à 18h30! J ai demandé s’il était possible de dîner ! On m’a répondu par un grand oui bien sûr à partir de 19h00! À 20h15 je suis descendu de ma chambre pour dîner et le responsable de salle m’a dit que ça n’était pas possible car un groupe avait réservé et que le restaurant était complet ! J ai dû quitter l’hôtel et fait 2 kms à pieds pour aller dîner au chanteclair qui était ouvert et dispo pour 2 personnes !
