Short and sweet

Beautiful property with a really pretty outside area. Room itself was so comfy and clean, bathroom spacious. Hosts were friendly and gave us a baby cot once they saw we have a baby. We were also allowed to check in an hour early when we arrived. Location is very residential so need to walk to find restaurants etc but if you’re up for it it’s not a long walk maybe 15 mins. Private parking was really important for us and this property has that.

WiFi was very weak and we did not manage to connect. Also breakfast was not included for us which was fine, our choice, but I would expect for the price paid (double room) - we would at least have access to a kettle with tea and coffee for free either in the room or communal. Finally my last comment is about the aircon, it seems to run on a multiway system so you can only use it on the mode that someone else is using it on. We wanted to use it on cool but because someone had it on heat setting in their room in the house, we could not use it - just a little bit annoying and probably happened for us because we were there in autumn so some people want heat some want cool I suppose but maybe there should be a warning about this.

My family had an excellent stay at Sophie & Antoine’s home, they were very pleased by their kindness & friendliness. The place is very well located, easy to access, easy to park and very convenient to visit Lyon as everything is accessible by car or bus. We highly recommend it and we will be glad to be back !

A little peace in the heart of a very busy city.

The perfect hosts. Sophie and Antoine were very welcoming and very helpful. The house was beautiful! The location was a little out of the way for downtown Lyon but Antoine was extremely helpful in giving us directions to get around. And the breakfast the next morning was magnificent. I would highly recommend this location. Our hosts even got us reservations at a restaurant just 5 minutes away on foot that was incredible!!

Very friendly and warm reception, nice drinks on the terrace in the shade, very comfortable room with nice bathroom, airco, very comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. Great breakfast prepared with love and care. Lovely garden. Owners very helpful, i.e. with making reservations.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch der herrlichen Stadt Lyon.

Für einen 3-tägigen Besuch der Stadt Lyon haben wir exzellent gewohnt. Etwas außerhalb - perfekt mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ...) sehr ruhig in einem neuen und modernen Haus in einem großen Garten gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr freundlich und sympathisch aufgenommen gefühlt. Sophie und Antoine sind sehr gastfreundliche, ausgesprochen sympathische und gleichzeitig zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Wir sind glücklich, dort gewesen zu sein - und haben jetzt eine Adresse für unseren hoffentlich nächsten Besuch in Lyon.

We hebben een nacht verbleven bij Antoine en Sophie en zij waren werkelijk perfecte hosts. De woning was smaakvol ingericht, van alle luxe voorzien en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het ontbijt was bovendien uitstekend. Antoine en Sophie waren bijzonder gastvrij en respectvol. De locatie is prettig: in een leuke wijk en toch dicht bij de snelweg. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Sophie und Antoine haben sich auch nach unserer frühen Ankunftszeit von 11h00 gerichtet, die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, einladend und sauber, das Frühstück ist mit hausgemachten Produkten wie Marmelade und Kuchen, die Lage ermöglicht es gut zur Cité international zu kommen, Restaurant-Empfehlungen von Sophie und Antoine waren super, ein Uber aus der Innenstadt braucht rund 15min und kostet 15€

Los anfitriones excepcionales. Nada más llegar nos ofrecieron algo de beber. Nos dieron información de gran utilidad. Gran amabilidad. El lugar es muy tranquilo, puedes aparcar en el interior de la finca. Rodeados de árboles puedes ver hasta un par de ardillas desde el balcón de la habitación. La cama muy cómoda y el baño bien equipado. El desayuno merece la pena, todo casero (hasta las mermeladas) y muy variado. Está alejado del centro, pero a 5 minutos en coche de la estación de metro (se puede aparcar de forma gratuita siempre que después se utilice el transporte público: el billete de metro se presenta en las máquinas de salida y el aparcamiento ha salido gratis). Paradas de autobús para bajar al centro en las inmediaciones.
