Loved the staff - such a friendly vibe! We had a lovely room, a great comfy bed, and a super convenient parking situation :) Breakfast felt like home.

Very clean, staff very friendly and polite, sent us instructions to check-in at late hours.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice with plenty of hot water. Tea or coffee making facilities would have been nice as would a little table or chairs, but the room was possibly not large enough to support that, these are all wish list items though, they did not spoil our stay.
The walls are a little thin, but we still had a good nights sleep as other guests were not noisy.
The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly, before and during our stay. Breakfast was nice too, with plenty there.
Bus 31 from outside the hotel went to the Metro station for easy travel into the city.
There wasn't anything that spoiled our stay
