Value for money in a fairly convenient location.

Very satisfied with the provided facilities, like fridge, kitchenware, etc, although we didn't have the time to use them in full range. The location was very practical and well served by bus route.

There were no iron and/or an iron board in the room apartment. Supposed as an apartment hotel having an ironing facility is basic, just having a microwave oven or a fridge. Not so many TV channels in English language.

There is a small grocery store across the park which is just behind the complex. The park is fantastic, it has a bar, a cafe and a zoo.

The staff, the room (big enough).

A little farther from the center (15-20 min with the bus) . You may need to do your own light cleaning and manage your towel usage. No dish soap and no supermarkets close by.

Very nice kitchenette for longer stays (close to the university) and many restaurants nearby. It is an easy bust ride from Part-Dieu train station in the center of Lyon.

It's been my second time there, so obviously I like the place. The room is pretty large and comfortable, the room itself looks pretty good. All kitchen facilities (mini-fridge, microwave, kettle) work fine, but bear in mind that the assortment of dishes-cups could feel a bit limited. The area is very calm and easily reachable by public transport (and if you're an "urban trekker" like me you can walk back and forth to downtown)

The toilettes and one of the rooms were very dirty as well as the kitchen utensils.. the other room was without a door because it was broken and they didn't want to change for us the room, so we had either an options which wasn't suitable for our situation as a family with children or accept the room as it was !!

Good location, not bad breakfast,the staff speaks English

The furniture was worn out, some of the bed sheets had moldy stains,it was not clean at all. Bear on mind you must throw your bins before leaving. We've been charged for breakfast for 8 months old baby 🙄 Definitely do not recommend this place, can be used only in case of exception

Overnight stay in Lyon

Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple rooms but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Location good, easy access by car and parking available on site. It is ourside the city centre, which can be reached with public transport, and near a beautiful park worth exploring. Value for money excellent!
