Spacious, safely and close to the train station, but not cozy

A fairly spacious room with its own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, dishes). The sound insulation seems to be normal - in any case, we didn't hear the neighbors. There is a 24-hour front desk, you can leave your luggage before and after - there is a separate room for it, license plates are attached to suitcases and coupons are issued - everything is as it should be. It takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the train station. The area seemed relatively safe and quiet to us.

There was a general feeling of discomfort and unromanticism, no design and cute little things in the room and the common space. A narrow elongated corridor, small elevators. The option corresponds to its price (by the standards of Lyon), but I would not like to stay here for more than one night.

When we finally found the hotel it was ok, room was basic but clean and bed was comfy

Rang the hotel number off booking.com after receiving confirmation to get directions only to be told we didn’t have a room booked, filled out card details when booking to be told at hotel we had to pay cash, hopefully they won’t also charge my card!

Decent for a few days and close to the station.

A 10 minute walk from the front of the train station, or less if you walk the length of the station inside before exiting from a side entrance. Room was clean and comfortable, but oddly smelled of cabbage the entire time! Washing machine is available upon request for very reasonable price, but you have to be around to remove your clothes/dry them etc, which can be time consuming.

No smart TV so no Netflix, which meant no TV, as our French is not good enough to watch dubbed or local shows. One of the hot plates did not heat the buckled frying pan, so we had to switch methods after waiting 30 minutes for the frying pan to cook sausages (we ended up using a smaller saucepan on the other hot plate).

Good

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was calm and quiet as I had asked. The kitchenette was practical for eating in and it was great to have a coffee machine for morning coffee while looking out over Lyon (8th floor). We were visiting our son so location was perfect (5 minutes away) and just 10/15 minutes from train station and shopping center. Quite spacious room with all the equipment you need.

Although the kitchenette is well equipped, there is a 45€ charge if you do not clean it, wash & put away dishes, etc., which is fine but there isn't really any cleaning products other than a small sponge and dish soap. Perhaps some kitchen cleaner, extra tea towel and/or paper towel would be useful. One of the plates I pulled out of the cupboard had just been put away dirty and there were grease splashes on back splash. The room wasn't dirty but you can tell there hasn't been a recent deep clean. I also put the "Please clean my room" sign on my door every day upon going out but no one came. Ran out of toilet paper, hardly any shower gel left and garbages were overflowing by the end. We would have also appreciated a couple of extra clean towels for a 3-night stay.

Size of room very good. Cooking facilities were unexpected and a big help. Additional table and chairs together with a couch were appreciated.

The bed as two singles pushed together didn’t meet on the same and were uncomfortable. One bed of a queen size is a better option.

The hotel is on a very busy street in a business district. For holiday travel, this setting lacks the ambience. A bit far from the nearest metro station.

The heating in the room is not working and the sofa bed in the living room is really unacceptable. Only the bathroom has a trash can in the entire apartment. Parking spaces must be reserved to be available. It was a bad stay experience。

Location was perfect and the rooms were quite big to fit in three adults

- there was an open bag of trash in the bathroom sink when we arerived - there were no linens for the sofa bed pillows - the room was not made over our 2 nights stay - the sofa bed is impossible to sleep in ! - the halls were dirty (carpet was not vacuumed at all) - there is one elevator only and you could wait for up to 15 min to be able to use it (9 floors) In conclusion, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Comfortable bed, close proximity to the train station which is ideal.

My room wasn't very clean at all, dishes hadn't been cleaned properly with old food caked onto them, there was hair (not mine) on the kitchen bench + bathroom sink, the floor was dusty and there were crumbs under the table. I felt like it was expensive for the quality of the room.

The space was adequate, close to the train station and equipped with a kitchenette and a mini fridge that proved quite useful. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, overall clean.

No window or ventilation in the bathroom. No toaster. Very noisy A/C. No coffee maker.
