Nice host Armand with good communication and was flexible with our arrival time which was late. Free parking in a safe area behind the gate Nice terrace for the breakfast

- location on a busy and noisy street - late check-in, and host not even ready for us when we arrived - no parking (despite representation of ‘free parking’) - host said his door buzzer was broken - host smelled of marijuana

Nice stay, spacious rooms and private parking

Very nice and friendly host! The rooms were very clean and spacious and had a kitchenette. The car could park in the private garden of the host. And the garden had a small pool. Contact with the host prior to arrival was also good We had a lovely stay!

Friendly owner and very clean B&B

Armand was very accommodating and allowed us to enter the room a little earlier than normal, which was very kind. The room is clean and spacious, airconditioned. The breakfast was very nice. We found it very easy to reach the apartment by bus and by tram. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's calm and quiet.

The cooking facilities are not really for "cooking" meals (it's more for if you want to make coffee or tea or very simple sandwhiches etc). There are no pots/pans and very little equipment. Which is not an issue, as the restaurants are great in Lyon - but if you need to cook for yourself, it's probably not the best option.

Comfortable well appointed accommodation not far from the city

Owner was very accommodating of my French. Was very helpful in pointing out the location of city sites, and also recommended a very nice restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Very nice breakfast provided in the room. Room was well provisioned with plenty of space. Wifi connected no problems. on site parking was a bonus - very secure.

Finding the property was a little difficult - glad I had GPS, and that the owner was on site to meet me.

Lovely, secluded B&B to share with friends

Armand is so kind and helpful, the room was so clean and the pool amazing!

The location is not near the center, which can be nice, but it is a 10+min walk to the metro into town.

C’était basique120€ aussi cher qu’un hôtel et moins bien

Un parking fermé à partir de 22h donc si vous rentrez après 22h la voiture doit rester dehors et a l’extérieur pas de place il manquait de papier WC le flacon de savon était en bout de course les photos ne reflète pas l’ambiance je ne sais pas comment sont les autres chambres ? Mais là rapport qualité prix en plus le lit inconfortable nous avons très mal dormi. Les personnes de 1m90 s’abstenir….

Séjour très agréable et très pratique

Hôte très arrangeant et trés sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et agrémenté. Nickel pour aller dans le vieux lyon en ligne de métro directe. Station montplaisir lumière à 10-15 minutes à pied. Parking gratuit sur place avec la chambre !

Une bonne nuit de sommeil et un accueil chaleureux.

J’ai été très bien accueilli, la chambre était impeccable. J’ai bien dormi et le petit déjeuner apporté dans la chambre au matin était très agréable. Une mention spéciale pour la douche très grande et agréable.

Erreur de casting, on pensait arriver dans un hôtel, on était plutôt dans un lycée avec CPE rigide..

Propriétaire réglo, on ne s'est pas entendu sur l'organisation de notre séjour et avons été remboursés sans pb.

Propreté : Chasse d'eau non tirée et poubelle non vidée. Plateau petit déjeuner poussiéreux. Facilité logistique : gestion du parking au bon vouloir du proprio et de ses disponibilités

Lyon superbe ville

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lyon. Belle ville! Le parking fermé pour laisser sa voiture est vraiment un plus. Inutile d’utiliser sa voiture, nous avons tout fait en transport en commun. (Prendre citycard si vous restez au moins 2 jours). Armand est d’une grande gentillesse, il est connaît très bien la ville et a de très bons conseils pour la restauration et les visites… nous le remercions pour son accueil. Nous gardons l’adresse pour de prochaines visites.

Hyggelig, imøtekommende og store rom.

Vi fikk mulighet til å parkere tidligere enn check in.Det var veldig fint fordi da var vi kvitt bilen og kunne bevege oss rundt i Lyon med offentlig transport. God frokost servert til avtalt tidspunkt.

Beliggenheten var ikke helt ideell for oss som ville se mer av den eldre delen av byen.

Un bel weekend in famiglia

Monolocale molto carino con il necessario anche per cucinare.. posto auto interno al cortile. posizione comoda con fermata del bus e vicino alla zona con ristoranti e negozi. Una terrazza dove ci è stata servita una bella colazione viste le temperature.. host molto gentile, accogliente e disponibilissimo.

Ne pas y retourner ....

Il y a eu une erreur en lien avec l'annonce "B and B" qui fait référence à l'hôtel alors que c'est un gite. Le petit déjeuner correct et l'emplacement très bien.

Il faudrait mieux baliser sur le site "gite" car c'est une chambre avec salle de bain et coin cuisine dans une villa habitée par le propriétaire. Le parking est minuscule et il est difficile de manoeuvrer. A mon arrivée la chambre avait été nettoyée mais il restait de la nourriture exotique "avec une odeur très forte" dans le réfrigérateur. Pas ou peu d'isolation entre l'entrée générale et la porte de la chambre. la literie est à revoir également.

Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Chambre jolie avec équipement très récent. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bien situé géographiquement.

Chambre trés bruyante (chambre collée à une route fréquenté toute la nuit + tram et on entend même le train) et porte qui grimce à 3h du matin dans les couloirs + lumière du couloir qui entre dans la chambre. Pas très propre beaucoup de poussière (table de chevet, plaque de cuisson sous meuble et frigo pas propre)
