Excellent and I would return again, no problem.

Staff were excellent and I met 3 different people. Room was excellent. Parking was good but just a bit tight to manouvre around but great for security etc.

Good value for money. Cozy budget hotel

Good location, just a few steps from the subway. Basic and somewhat outdated furnishings, but the place is clean, and I think the value for money is fair. We stayed there during the Light Festival and enjoyed all the events without any issues. It has paid parking in the underground garage, which is a nice convenience for those arriving by car.

The parking entrance. Whoever designed it, surely never parks there. Theres a 90 degree turn to go to -1 level, and it's quite narrow as well.

Relaxing, safe, clean.

Once again, Clean, lots of room, right near excellent metro service into Lyon and easy to get to and from the airport and all the attractions from there. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, too. The room we stayed in was very quiet and comfortable. It compares very favourably with more expensive places in the centre of Lyon. I like that it came with a fridge and small meal prep area and microwave so you’re not always obliged to eat out. The staff were very very kind and friendly and were able to work with my dodgy French. They themselves all have good English in any case. I liked using the onsite washers and dryers for my clothes - the system was easy and convenient to use

There wasnt much to not like, though the underground car park is a bit scary to use (tight angles) if you have a normal to large size car.

Is out of town and the high security on the doors and at night made us feel that it wasn’t a safe area. Saying that we had no issues and didn’t observe any problems.

Great. Rooms simple but large, much more than those of many other hotels in Lyon. Metro stations within a few minutes walk. The area is very calm. Personnel is very kind. Great choice, for short and long stays.

A little bit pricey

I liked a separate room with a bathroom and a kitchenette inside, a wonderful view. The accommodation is close to the metro station Cusset.

Every time I had to ask for a hairdryer. But it's Ok. The staff gave it to me for using. It's a little bit pricey to stay here. But in general everything was good. I recommend staying here.

OLD ROOMS AND BOILING HOT

boiling hot and no air condition, room is old and neglected looking, not like on the photos. they have free cold water downstairs though, and a freezer in the room for keeping the water cold.

the place closes at 23.30pm, due to a delay with my train, i arrived at about 00.05 but the guy at the desk was willing to stay longer for me. but the place is old and not clean, it is over over used, and can do with a renovation and with air conditioning, there is no air in the rooms.

perfect value for money. I was happy staying here, and ready to return next time.

the room, including kitchen facilities, was well equipped with all stuff needed for a short stay. The bath room and the rest of the room were perfectly clean, and the reception, in particular Monica, very welcoming on efficient. Breakfast is optional, which is perfect as the room has the required facilities to prepare breakfast, if you like to save a few euros :)

The staff was really kind and helpful. The localisation was perfect! Metro just a few steps away! View from our window was incredible. Confortable bed. And the, breakfast was fantastic!

The Lifts - one is small, second is making weird sounds so we used stairs. The parking entrance is really tight. The furniture in the room - update is necessary.

I arrived early and the staff locked my luggage away and I checked in later. Location for me was perfect. Close to the metro and where my daughter was living. The bed was comfortable and thr bathroom clean. The kitchenette was a nice to have with the fridge.

The room had no air conditioning. The floor was dusty.
