The room was poorly cleaned and full of mosquitoes. There was no air conditioning, and even with the windows closed at night, it was very uncomfortable. It was hard to fall asleep. If you stay here, you’ll definitely regret it.”

BE CAREFUL!!! Do not trust the pictures on the site.Check customers pictures.This hotel is an old student residence.Very dirty, mold and sewer smell in bathroom. Need major refurbishing!!! There is 2 different buildings. Not even a 2 stars hotel. I am still waiting for my refund. Safety issues with No evacuation plan on room doors.Main entrance very dark at night and the front desk looks like a security guard booth.Lots of homeless people in the neighborhood. Do Not book this hotel. STAY Away!!! Left the hotel room 2 hrs after check-in.

10 minutes walking from SNCF station. Arrival at 9pm. 2-nights reservation. Friendly reception staff with English ability. Got hair dryer when check in. No in-room interphone to reception. Need to go to reception every time you need to ask questions. After check in, we wanted to change some kitchenware and frying pan, waited 15 minutes outside reception office, no staff there. Next morning, went reception again for changing pan and told staff in duty that one of room stove broken. He said he could not speak English very well. He asked me to wait to change room. He let one to guide me to next bldg. to put my laundry into washing.10 minutes, returned reception and waited outside. Laundry room only one washing and one dryer machine. Very dark , messy and dirty. Too many customers waiting and talking to him, so I went to carrefour to buy soup for my daughter and returned in 30 minutes. My daughter took allergy medicine and had vomit at night. The same, many customers at reception, so I went to wait laundry finish washing, put clothes into dryer and returned reception again. This time, he told me that his chief said not available to change room due to passed 11am and blamed me for not waiting. He called me liar in front of people. My first time to be called liar by hotel staff. Such an employee. Hotel elevator in repair that day, very dark and no electronic light at stairs. Complained above to his chief. She agreed us to cancel second night and refund us money. Worst experience.

The apartment is Ok but should be changed the bathroom since there's some pieces deteriorated and there's no acoustics in the room. I just stayed for 2 nights, the second day the maid had not cleaned the apartment in my second day. The breakfeast has few choices- for example: there's no fruits . The location is really good!!

Amazing. The rooms were big enough to fit 4 adults without everyone feeling cramped. Super close to the train station and buses. Great customer service too! We only stayed a night and wanted to explore the next day after we checked out but had a bunch of bags on us. Front desk let us keep our bags there free of charge. It also poured on us that day so when we came back to pick up our stuff, they were nice enough to let all 7 of our group stay in a room for a little bit to freshen up and dry off before our train left. Overall would totally book again

We stayed there for 1 night just to get some sleep while travelling by car from Spain to the UK. Our room was facing the main road and the noise of by passing cars and motorbikes was terrible. Therefore we had to close the window and balcony. But then it was too hot to sleep. It was 33+ degrees that day in Lyon. No air conditioning in the rooms, just a free standing fan provided. They charged €11 for the parking. Also just to mention, by the smell in the room, you can tell that people do smoke there. You can smell it when you just enter the room, after that you just get used to it.No hair dryer provided. Other than that, it was ok, continental breakfast included croissants, toast, butter, bread, ham, cheese, jam, cereals, milk, juice, coffee and tea.

Very nice hotel, I liked that I could rent an apartement with all what is needen for bussines trip, and it comes with a good price. But the best in the hotel is service - I have a big problem with deposit and they solve this problem in a few minutes. Great place to stay.

Ok if wanting budget accommodation but be aware prices rise drastically during busy times. Steep stairs to second bedroom and could do with bringing own cleaning supplies if staying longer than a few days or doing any cooking. No kettle, just a coffee maker but able to boil water in microwave, also has good fridge. Very friendly staff good central location 10 minutes walk from main train station and metro stops.

If you go to Lyon for a short stay, do not stay here. The hotel is not very close to the train station (Part Dieu). With luggage, it is 15min walk. There are better places with similar prices which are much closer to Part Dieu. I and my wife went to that hotel for only one day. We arrived around 11AM and were told that the room was not ready yet, so we would have to wait for the checkin time at 3PM. We stayed in the reception part of the time and left our luggage there while we went to the shopping nearby. At 2PM I went to the university and my wife stayed there. At 3PM she went to the room and had the disgusting surprise in the restroom to see that there was no toilet lid there. This is absolutely unrespectful with guests that wish to have a decent room at the checkin. Then it took more than half an hour for a person from the maintainance to go there with a lid. The room has an equiped kitchen. However, the hotel states that the guest is obliged to clean the cutlery, the dishes, etc before leaving, otherwise his/her credit card will be charged for that service. Thus, I do not know what the cleaning staff is paid for. It seems that they do not work. Be careful if you stay there. Possibly the hotel team will ask you to clean the stairs, even if you are in a rush to take a train.

Basic accommodation but otherwise very good with friendly helpful staff. Extremely convenient for transport. The Rhonexpress tram runs regularly from the airport to Part Dieu station which is 5 minutes walk to hotel. A medium sized Supermarket , Boulangerie and Cafes are in the next street across the road. This is a quieter and a very pleasant area just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.Also plenty of places to eat at the new Part Dieu station development.

I stayed for one night having been in Lyon to visit the Groupama Stadium. Hotel extremely conveniently placed for the short walk from Gare de Lyon tram stop and opposite the stadium tram stop. The room itself was clean and comfortable though a little too hot in the absence of air conditioning.

Not a good experience. Room was not equipped with ventilation system. Had to open the windows and it was so noisy as it was facing a busy roads. Pillow was very soft and flat and is uncomfortable to sleep on.Toilet doesnt come with hair dryer and the heater is spoilt. Other than that, the staff are nice and helpful and the room are still clean.
