Very basic, with small airless room. Staff friendly but not competent. (Room cleaned at 16:00).

The room was tiny. The coffee machine did not work (two capsules provided). No air in the room.

Location - some good bars and restaurants nearby and about 5 minutes on foot to the main train station Breakfast - decent choice

Room - possibly the smallest double room I have ever stayed in and no wardrobe - just 6 hangers between 2 walls - I am not making this up! I haven't been in a hotel without a wardrobe since I was a student in Greece. I had to leave items hanging from the corner of the TV! Breakfast - the woman in charge of attending to guests at breakfast was utterly devoid of any customer service skills or perhaps it was just my imagination when she blanked me constantly when she heard my accent and continued to serve French guests with great enthusiasm... Min bar - poorly stocked, no beers or wine

The location is excellent, the room was very quiet with the windows closed, staff were so helpful before I arrived in making arrangements, and the room was much bigger than I expected

Breakfast could have been better, I wasn’t that impressed with it and I wasn’t given an order form for my second breakfast so missed out on it. And I didn’t like the pillows.

it was fine.

the property was fine. it was clean and it was in a nice neighborhood. it was very corporate though- definitely a chain hotel. However, the man who helped us at the front desk was wonderful. he was very helpful- assured me in sending a package, internationally. also, he was very kind to my daughter and I- he thoughtfully gave us water and her an apple, while we waited to go to the airport.

We liked the connecting rooms with the kids Beds were super comfy Toilets were nice and clean Breakfast was good, my children enjoyed making their own eggs
