Interior is modern and clean, access to building easy and safe, location was good, ideal for self-catering aswell as "hotel"

Beautiful new, very well functional, modern, bright hotel. Room like in the picture, comfortable bed, soundproof windows. For a short stay we couldn’t have wished more.

Decent Accommodations for a week working remotely

The rooms were very clean and a good size The bathroom was fantastic. The location was very close to the Metro and cafes and groceries. The laundry facilities on site were good and easy to operate. The front desk staff were professional and pleasant. I have to send a special thanks to Maryatou. She was very helpful with a number of documents I had to print and was extremely pleasant and professional every time I encountered her.. Thank you Maryatou!

The beds were very hard and therefore uncomfortable for me. I didn't sleep hardly at all the first night so I was moved to a room where the mattress had a topper and while I slept better, I did wake up with a back ache each day. There was also no phone in the room to connect to the front desk. I found that unusual.

Comfy, welcoming and excellent value for money!

Only two tram stops from the station and near a metro station, Bikube is well-connected. The ladies at reception were ever so friendly and stored our luggage (and moved it to our room) when we arrived early and went off to explore Lyon. The room was incredibly well designed. Comfortable, clean, a small kitchenette with fridge, hub & kettle etc. A small seating area. Well insulated & lock-out blinds. We didn’t have breakfast but a coffee when we arrived. Light airy space. We were surrounded by people of all ages, having a late brunch, playing board games. Nice!!

Don’t be put off by the 100 Euro security/damage (??) card deposit which will be refunded as soon as you leave. It made me worry about the clientele/safety of the place but there was no reason whatsoever!! Super hotel & concept.

Pretty good hotel. We spent just over 1 night and everything was smooth and nice. Very good breakfast, not that much type of food but good quality. Also staff helped us with parking and it was free at the end :)

Nice hotel but issue with fire alarm.

Hotel is a nice concept. Co-working space was useful. Small rooms but mostly comfortable. Better for one person than two. Location is close to public transport, about a 40 minute walk from the historic district

They have a very big issue with their fire alarm. In 4 days it went off 6 times, mostly in the middle of the night and once at 5am. This really was not acceptable and if you look at other reviews it has been happening for a while. The staff were nice but not very helpful, apart from one woman. We asked for breakfast to be included as compensation, which they kindly granted but on the last day they did not replenish much of the breakfast despite us arriving at 845am, well before breakfast was over.

Nous étions au rez de chaussée et avons eu froid. Il n’était pas possible de monter la température du thermostat. Les murs et le sol étaient froids. 2 couples d’amis étaient aussi au rez de chaussée et ont eu froid dans leurs chambres Un couple d’amis était à l’étage supérieur et n’ont pas eu ce soucis

L’arrivée. Aucune indications sur le fait qu’il y a 1 ascenseur par bâtiment et que les bâtiments ne communiquent pas. Résultats lorsque vous arrivez depuis le parking chargé… vous pouvez tournez dans les étages plusieurs minutes avant de trouver votre chambre. Le petit déjeuner brunch. Franchement cher pour la qualite. Étant une habituée adepte des brunchs, j’ai été vraiment déçue du buffet . Pas de plateau de fromage, pas de pâte à tartiner, œufs dur à cuire soit même dans un cuiseur sans minuteur… et nos omelettes sont arrivées froides. Seule belle surprise le plat de ravioles qui sont arrivées tièdes mais qui étaient excellentes
