A nice second stay here. The place is clean and calm, the kitchen has all you need for a short stay and the reception girls were pretty friendly. The neighborhood is also fine. Not much more to say.

I enjoyed the few days I stayed there with friends the heating was good.

Location not too far from the centre of Lyon. It was quiet and affordable price.

Had to buy toilet roll as they was no refills. The shower head was nor attached to the wall which was slightly awkward to manage.

Rest everything ! They switch off the heating middle of the night , when outside temperatures were -4C Only 2 pcs of everything! Coffee, milk, toiletries when 4 of us stayed for 5 nights ! Very outdated place

Convenient location, clean & quiet

Location: walk about 15mins (800M) from Part Dieu train station; 20-25mins walk to some scenic spots near the river. Room size: 19m2, quite spacious; comfy king size bed Clean & Quite Have a small kitchen where one can do simple cooking. Have luggage storage service (though front desk service only available till 18:00 during weekdays)

Shower water was not hot enough. The showerhead was not fixed/hanged on the wall, thus we had to hold the showerhead all the time during bath. We were asked to clean the kitchen and throw the rubbish when check out. A bit expensive in comparing with Appart Hotels in other districts in France.

Good location near train and metro station

I like the location and the size of the room. Our room has a kitchen with sufficient cutlery, plates and cups. It's also possible to cook when we would like to. There's supermarket nearby and some boulangerie to get some coffee or breakfast.

The room wasn't exactly as indicated in the pictures. It's rather basic. We didn't get extra tissue for the toilet and there's no coffee or tea in the room.

Quick public transport trip into city centre. Easy check in instructions. Comfy bed. Good laundry facilities.

Usually always unstaffed. Room was filthy; dead cockroaches, hair still in bed (don't believe sheets were changed after last person), stained sheets etc. Shower head doesn't attach to anything, have to hold it.

Good value for money

The staff communicated everything related to checkin in advance, the room was spacious and the blinds were perfect. The bed is comfortable and the position is close to public transport and in a safe area of the city. They offer parking for 11€/night which is a steal compared to other prices. They also gave us a hairdryer on request.

The bathroom was very dirty (nail clippings, hair in the bathtub), and unfortunately the staff is not available on weekends and festivities, so you cannot really reach them. It wasn't a problem for us, but just to be aware. There weren't power outlets near the bed.

Walkable from train and metro. Creepy sound of elevator. I got text how to check-in in French that I didn’t understand. I texted them to send me in English, but no answer. I have never heard of not having shower holder in shower room. We should shower with one hand only because we needed to hold the shower.

Good price, roomy and comfortable

Reasonably priced room with a kitchen and utilities provided, particularly having a fridge during a hot season was a bliss! There was a coffee machine and stove, which we didn't use, but it work as we checked it upon arrival. There was also a drying rack provided and it helped a lot for leaving our clothes over night, as it was hot and humid and everything we wore got sweaty. The staff was very helpful and polite and helped us whenever we asked for anything, for example a fan!

The room floor was slightly sticky and dusty, could've been cleaner, they did provide with a brush so I did it myself daily, but the floor needed a bit more! We didn't mind it much as we mainly stayed out of the room for sightseeing etc. As we moved to another French city and they cleaned the room every day, it seems like a huge contrast.

I was happy to stay there, it is close to central railway station Part Dieu. Bed was very good, I slept there very well.

Coffee for breakfast could be better. I didn't like corridor, lift, door scratches. It needs some fix, upgrade. It looks like there is not living only paying hosts, but also some people who don't care, who are doing this damages. I like more hotel professional style.

It was a good value and good location.

We were staying for several days so it was very helpful to have a kitchenette and laundry. A good location, quite close to train station and metro, as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

It was a very hot week and we realllllllly wished there was air conditioning. While they did supply fans, we were on the top floor and made the heat difficult to manage. Also, because we had to leave windows open to cool the space, street noise was a big factor. It is on a busy street with lots of noise at all hours.

Close to train station and public transportation. Staff is very friendly and kind. Comfortable self check-in and check-out. The bed in a studio was big and comfy

The studio does not have an air condition or fan, with just 1 window it was very hot (we didn't try to cook due to that hence cannot say anything about the kitchen). During the night be ready either to suffer from hot, or from street noise and light due to opened window. Towels were cleaned, but had some old stains.

Good, central choice for travellers on a budget

The accommodation was fair for the price. It had everything you could need, but at a minimum. It had hot water, sheets, towels, a minimum amount of kitchenware and appliances. It's close to bus stops and 800 meters away to the Part Dieu railway station.

Not as clean as I would have expected. WiFi difficult to set up and connect. There was only one remote for the 2 TV sets. The balcony was only half covered by the roof, so when it rained, you couldn't go out on it without getting wet. There was no coffee machine in the lobby (although there was a soda vending machine).

Well-located hotel, pleasant experience

The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful on arrival, with clear explanations of how everything worked. The room was not supposed to be ready until 3pm, but when we arrived at 10am they were able to let us into our room immediately. The hotel is only a ten-minute walk from the Part-Dieu train station, and a similar distance from Garibaldi metro station, which provides a direct connection to the city centre and Vieux Lyon.

The only downside was on arrival - we buzzed at the entrance door several times and rang the hotel telephone number three times before we were eventually managed to get in. It was not a big deal, but created a negative first impression nonetheless. Also, there were no sheets for the second bed in our room (a fold-out sofa) when we arrived, but this was also resolved very quickly as a member of staff was soon sent to make up the second bed.

Gostei mais do quarto que correspondeu às minhas expectativas relativamente ao banheiro, louça da cozinha e os moveis.

Não gostei da não existência dos serviços da limpeza no meu quarto e sobretudo a não troca de lençóis durante toda minha estadia. Tive a informação de que estes serviços podiam ser solicitados e pagos a parte, mas o normal seria eu ser avisado com antecedência no momento na altura da reservação.

A mon arrivée, le personnel a donné toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. J'ai apprécié la salle d'eau propre, et tout le nécessaire de toilette à disposition (savon, gel douche, serviettes en quantité), le confort du lit, le réchauffement de la chambre rapide et l'ambiance était plutôt calme

J'étais en rez-de-chaussée et la vue n'était pas très agréable Comme je voyageais pour le travail cela ne m'a pas trop dérangé mais pas de possibilité de regarder la TV Les télécommandes n'avaient pas de piles.

Le lit et les oreillers parfaits ! La télé à la bonne hauteur. C’est top ! Le personnel a tenu compte de mes remarques et demandes donc très réactif. Bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun, à 10 mn à pied de la Gare Part Dieu.

À mon arrivée, la porte était grande ouverte (non pas déverrouillée mais bien ouverte) et j’ai trouvé le personnel léger lorsque je l’ai signalé. Les rideaux sont sales, et cette odeur de poisson pourri m’a gâché une bonne semaine du séjour.
