Hotel similar to a modern hostel, but it was comfortable, all we needed for our short stay.

Room size, modern features, comfortable beds, close to a metro station - very handy! Triple room for our kids. Parking possibility (paying)

I would never choose this hotel again!

Although I requested a parking reservation two months in advance, the reservation was made not in the hotel's underground parking but in a nearby parking lot. Reaching the hotel from there was very difficult — we had to walk to the hotel and climb three floors with our luggage. The parking access time was the same as the hotel check-in time. I requested to enter the parking lot one hour earlier than the official check-in time, but this was not accepted. However, when I arrived, the parking lot was completely empty. Despite not allowing me to enter the parking lot an hour earlier, the hotel was unable to check me in at 14:00 due to high demand, and I could only check in at 15:00. There were around 30 people waiting in line, but only one staff member at the reception. The room had mold in the bathroom and around the window edges. The walking route from the hotel to the old town did not feel safe. Especially during the evening hours, my spouse and I felt very uncomfortable. Groups of people from various backgrounds were loitering in the streets in a way that felt intimidating.

Reasonable value for money paid

- positioned only 1 min away from Garibaldi metro station granting easy access everywhere in the city, 20 mins max by foot to the gare station and center - comfortable bed - it was very hot so we appreciated the AC system which did not let us down - area around hotel is peaceful althought it is nor far from La Guillotiere, a bad quartier

- we stayed two times at this hotel within 1 month. First room we received on our first stay was very clean and big, second one was disgusting, with dirty walls, bathroom and small. I must mention that both rooms were same price and they were standard. - they accept people with pets which is cool. The fact that people bring their pets at breakfast is not so cool. For people without pets it is not so pleasent to smell the dirty breath of someone else’s dog while having breakfast or to hear the dog barking in the night. - breakfast is ok for the French people I guess as they offer pain au chocolat, croissant, good bread amd jams. For the rest of the people there is a big lack of variety. Besides the viennoiserie, they offer scrambled eggs and one type of cheese and some yogurts and the problem is that they are always out of stock. They serve the omlet in a micro pot which can barely feed 4 people whilst at breakfast there are tens of people attending. They do not make the refills fast enough. Coffee is cheap style and bad.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Close to a metro station. All very clean.

Breakfast was excellent! Location is good. Parking is in the next building.

The staff have to explain people about extra pillows and towels because when we arrived we saw only one set of towels and one pillow. So, I found just one big towel per person and one tapis for two people. The sink is full, water is not going. There is no sign « Do not disturb ».

The air conditioning makes a zooming sound even when it is turned off. We got a different room because of it, but it appears to be part of every room. Nonetheless good sleepers will certainly not be annoyed by it.

The signs on the park deck could be more efficient and easily replaced. Otherwise you spent some time to find your way. It is weird, that the code machine to enter the deck is on the right side instead of being on the driver side.

Discrimination towards people with reduced mobility. This is penal, and considered to be a crime against humanity. This cannot be justified despite whatever story. I let the reception officer answer and justify. By all of their eventual novels, words, nothing can justify this. If you would like to go on with the most despicable attitude / crime, don't hesitate to take this risk of booking at this hotel who neglects rights of people with disabilities. Very rude - non-human reception officer pretending that she is the manager of the side, who was not even caring about any solution for persons with specific needs despite the fact that was specified whether in the reservation process, or even by mail ; What I call even crime against persons with reduced mobility! The reception officer was even hanging up the phone to Booking.com by pretending that they cannot propose any sitting solution to the client (myself), not even a plastic chair for Christ's sake.
