Nice stay between two rivers

Big 10 for the staff! They were very friendly, helpful and speak English. We booked the room for two nights with breakfast but unfortunately missed our bus so arrived a half day later. Breakfast is there only till 10 a.m. but we could have ours before check-in. They even baked some fresh croissants for us 5 minutes before 10! The room was small but practical, had everything we needed.

If you open the window, the room is noisy but has a good sound isolation. Actually, I cannot say anything negative. Some guests were noisy during the night but it's not the hotel's fault.

Bad experience with AC not working in summer.

Staff were very polite and helpful.

The AC was a joke. We asked them to check but they said that’s best it could be. It was hot inside. Will never ever stay.

was confused about the outside area being shut at awkward times - tried to go out to play some cards around 6 on our first night there and were told it was shut for the day however didn’t pose a big issue as we were allowed to sit in the inside section

Best Ibis iv ever stayed in

Staff were very friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, Rooms were modern and newly renovated, Good air conditioning in the room, Amazing view from the seventh floor, Good selection of channels on tv, Good location nearby perache train and bus station

There isnt a hair dryer in every room so we had to wait until the following day for one to be available, The room is slightly small if you have a lot of luggage

The room is too expensive for what it is. Old and never renovated. The guests were extremely rude and annoying at my floor. They made noises until late at night and, as there is zero isolation, there was no way to sleep. They should isolate group on a separate floors from others. This hotel seems to attract not the best of people.

its a good location, near perrache gare, even though i couldn't make it to the thenter on foot every day, so i bought a ticket... the staff was really friendly,I asked for a quiet room, and it was really quiet.

Good budget hotel, but not at the level of the previous Ibis Hotel I stayed at in Carlisle, England.

The room was okay. It's a no frills, budget hotel, so no surprises there. The hotel parking below the hotel was great; very secure. You need a password to enter and exit the hotel parking garage.

The toilet seat had a big chip or crack right at the front of the seat, which I was surprised they hadn't replaced, as it looked terrible. The shower is very small, and for an elderly person like me, very dangerous to step up into and out of. The floor of the shower was very slick and slippery. Most hotels have some kind of rubber mat to prevent that. One elevator wasn't working on the last morning, and we had to wait about 10 minutes before we could get on it because people on other floors were using it when checking out.

Room is in really poor conditions, so tiny and really bad conserved. It was run down, peeling walls and mould in bathroom. We hadn't hand towell, instead they left us a bath rug!! Very bad value for money. The hotel don't deserve its rating, definitely.

It was ok

The room is big enough and so is the toilet. The staffs are friendly. There is a parking lot (10 Euros per night, limited parking places).

The other guests were speaking or closing doors very loudly during midnight. The room looked even more simple then I've imagined but at least it had what we needed.
