Great central overnight stay with secure garage and travelling with dog

Superb budget overnight accommodation travelling with dog and secure garage parking - no height limit with roff top box - in the heart of the city. Room compact but well designed and fitted out. Extremely helpful staff.

Garage pricing was relatively expensive.

Parking was a bonus

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who made multiple phone calls to help me with accessing some medical tests I'd had done a few days earlier. There are plenty of restaurants a few streets away. The rooms are typically small, but have all necessary items. They seem to be configured differently so if you need a big shower perhaps mention as a special request.

The shower had corner opening doors, and even for a smallish person it was tight to get in.

Good valie hotel

At walking distance from the old town, this small hotel has decent rooms with good airco. Staff is wonderful and enthusiastic. On-site parking is possible. Breakfast is limited but sufficient.

Nice little hotel to stay at in Lyon - good value.

Lovely shower, good sized bed for one person, provided extra teas and milks when asked. Friendly staff. Good location. Overall, good value for money.

For me personally, the pillows were awful. Square and way too soft - which is just not what I'm used to back home. Others might prefer that though. Room is VERY small so just be aware.

Fit the brief for what I wanted but it needs a bit of a revamp.

Convenient location, and essentially did what I needed it to do as a hotel, wasn’t looking for fancy.

The room was quite run down - marks on the walls, the bathroom had a bad smell.

It was OK, but there was no room in the restaurant during breakfast. I had to wait for some time to be seated. Also, breakfast was limited, so I had to eat just the sugary stuff (nutella, croissants etc).

I would not stay at this hotel

Location was close to the centre of Lyon

The Hotel wasn't clean, my room, shower not clean had a musty smell, my colleagues had broken toilet seat dirty shower and smelt of sewage, with an added bonus of an old sponge in the shower. There was a huge hole in the ceiling above the stairs with bare wires hanging down. Debris all over the stairs and handrails. The rooms although looked spacious on the website were in fact extremely small. Breakfast room more like a kitchen (it did contain a sink).

The location of the hotel is great, good public transport connection and the downtown is in walking distance, many restaurants and bars in close range too. The rooms are small but perfect for our purpose which was a weekend trip with a group of friends.
