While this was not an issue for us, since we were driving, the Hotel’s location may be a challenge for those without a car.

Could be better to be honest

We arrived with a roof box. According to the staff, it would not fit under the garage. Since there had been several break-ins into such boxes before, we were advised to empty it and place it in a room instead. This was a lot of work after a long day of driving (8 to 9hrs). My box now has some minor damage from trying to get it through the doors. A deposit also had to be paid, which was unexpected since this was not mentioned on Booking.com. Please try to share such information on sites like Booking.com to avoid unexpected situations. There was one guy we could hardly understand because he spoke to soft. The other guy at the reception we had in the morning was friendly. The breakfast was also poor. The eggs were runny, there were no buns, only bread for toasting, and hardly any choice . The only good thing was the coffee.

Nice hotel a bit out of the way but nice and quiet. car park under the hotel. highly recommend the little French restaurant, fantastic food and if you are a wine drinker good selection of wines.

There was no fan available for the room, and the A/C wasn't able to be turned on because of the time of year. It was unusually warm outside, so our room was quite warm, which made it hard for us to sleep.

Staff was super nice and helped me to find a booking for another two nights. A special thanks to Lin!! Room was quite spacious, bath with tub and shower. Location was great for my needs, very close to work.

Breakfast eggs were quite cold and there has been no other vegeterian options, but a Boulangerie in the neighbourhood was great.

Good if you have time to commute. Beware of the security deposit (100 EUR) during check-in

Good hygiene, the hotel room was cleaned and organized on a daily basis. Needs to have the card to make the elevator work so extra security. Very comfortable bed and silent room. Good breakfast, although it seems necessary if you book there because it is far from any place that serves food/snacks. The absence of a fridge discourages even the option to go to the local supermarket (Casino).

I was requested a 100 EUR security deposit during the check-in, something I find uncommon and was not mentioned prior. The reception employees have varying levels of English so communication can be difficult. The only good point about the location is that it is close to a bus stop and it can take ~40min to get to the city center.

If I had a car I would come back, even though the buses we took to Lyon were nice.

It was relatively quiet, clean, room was comfortable& the staff was nice,except the breakfast staff who were pushy & not friendly.

We suggest you replace the vacuum style hair drier as it is hard to use for women trying to dry & style their hair without burning their hand. Also it would be appreciated to have hooks or a rack to hang ones towels instead of putting them on the tub to have access once you come out of the shower. A soap dish in the shower & tub also would be appreciated.

Staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Everything seemed new and was very clean. There was plenty of parking.
