Great hotel for a short stay

No mimus or plus just an average stay

Normal hotel but with a beautiful internal chapel and located in a very quite location.

Too big hotel and distances between rooms and breakfast or distributor of hot and cold beverage ( in 2026 the machine still accepts only coins, no paper cash or cards...foolish). Personally i slept bad but i always sleep bad in hotels if they have to soft pillows. I did like the structure because it seems a monastir

Location and natural environment is nice

The room is equipped more like a hospital than like a hotel. No air-con (I went in the summer), the bathroom is made of plastic, and the carpets smell bad.

Overrated hotel with nice view from one side of the building, with everything else being terrible

Good view on the mountains

No air-conditioning throughout the hotel including the rooms except maybe for the reception area Extremely poor service at the bar. The staff are rarely there - you have to wait and call them and besides they don’t speak any English. The choice and availability of drinks is poor, and they ask you to pay immediately after bringing you each item

Noise and messy stay

The location and the bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was clean.

Staff was hard to communicate with, completely useless. There was an event in the hotel, mid week and loud noise with speakers was allowed until passed midnight. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Staff was not helpful at all, when asked for help they said was not “their problem”. At the restaurant staff would give incorrect information about the dishes, bringing something that was not requested, again without correction, and if was not enough they also made mistakes in the bill, overcharging.

Nothing wrong with this stay , but other than the beautiful grounds nothing really great

The location was perfect for us as it was near family. The grounds are stunning.

Front desk was efficient but acted aloof . The hallways were a little creepy as you turned down them in the dark before the sensors picked you up and turned on the lights.

Perfect stop over

Staff was very friendly. We stayed for one night on our way to the north. Perfect place for a stopover and you can wander around in the huge park. Perfect wifi.

There were some problems in the restaurent, even though we were not affected. But the management assured us that they will implement a new system to avoid such issues in the future.

Serenely beautiful

We wanted a quiet place for an overnight stay on our long roadtrip over Europe. And we got so much more! We got warm, charming staff serving drinks past the bar closure time, we got a roe-deer quietly welcoming us under the hotel window, we got serenity where we did not expect it, we got an art exhibition in the coridors of the hotel, we got a lovely little morning walk with a view across the hils, we got to meet happy people with happy dogs (absolutely pet friendly!)

the view! the location and grounds were beautiful. everything was very clean.

you could tell it wasn’t designed as a hotel. the long hallways with their lack of decor and automatic lights felt very “institutional” and uninviting. staff at the restaurant was VERY slow
