The Pizza was good

the rooms were really small and the wall so thin you could hear everything going on inside and outside. We left at 7.30 am and the whole place was deserted.. all doors were locked, it was like a ghost town. We had to exit by pushing open a fire exit.. bonkers

There was nothing wrong with the rooms, which were clean, well-equiped and comfortable

The hotel was located on a busy thoroughfare in the middle of an industrial estate, which I probably should have checked in advance. As a result, however, this business-oriented place had neither restaurant nor reception during the weekend. I was provides with an access code just after the cancellation deadline expired, which I'm sure was no coincidence.

Friendly welcome, good food, surprisingly quiet room (despite location close to a main road). Staff were helpful & breakfast was excellent. Couldn't have asked for more from this handy stop-over near Lyon.

People, who work there, are really nice, very attentive. There is a good restaurant, that works late. Air conditioning, that heats very well as well

The room is incredibly small. There are no utilities for charging the phone near bed. The breakfast is very poor and coffee is awful. Ok for 1 night just to sleep

Sono stata l'anno scorso presso la struttura e ci sono ritornata perchè comoda come posizione. Con mia grande sorpresa tutto è stato ristrutturato e rinnovato, le camere sono molto carine, letto comodo, un ambiente nuovo e di buon gusto. Mi sono fermata per cena e mi è stato servito uno dei migliori hamburger gourmet di sempre, ottima qualità, ben presentato, molto saporito. Anche la colazione c'è tutto quello che serve e di ottima qualità. Staff molto molto molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Personne de présent pendant mon séjour .Pas de service petit déjeuner. Pas d’eau froide au sanitaire. Remplissage de la chasse d’eau au goutte à goutte , dessus des wcs mal fixé. Douche exiguë et sanitaire trop petit ,Pas de wi fi , pas de doubles vitrages ,fenêtres non isolées ,traces de moisissures au plafond des sanitaires. Aucun ménage, ni lit fait pendant mon séjour de 4 jours . A ces différentes remarques formulées à mon départ, on m à fait remarquer que je n’avais reg9que 70 euros par jour ,alors qu’en traitant directement le montant était de 79 euro par nuit En traitant avec Booking ’j’ai régler 70 euros par nuit sans le petit déjeuner, de toutes façons il était inexistant dans l’hôtel. Wi fi soit disant gratuite inexistante, sacs de linge entassés à cot5de ma porte lors de mon départ. Après cette mauvaise expérience, je reprendrais mes habitudes en choisissant un hôtel IBIS dans un quartier plus agréable en réglant 80 euros petit déjeuner compris et ménage, lit et serviettes changées tous les jours ,

Hôtel de passage très moyen mais qui pourrait être bien avec un peu de soins et d’entretien

Chambre moderne et assez bien équipée mais mal entretenue

Mauvais entretien : le robinet du lavabo mal fixé et qui bouge, pomme de douche mal serrée et qui ne tient pas, lampe mal fixée, matelas avachi, volet bloqué et ne se ferme pas. Pas de contact avec le personnel : un Code d’entrée et on se débrouille seul.
