Another excellent stay at this clean, comfortable and safe hotel.

Another stay at this very convenient and well-situated (by the river and close to main motorway junctions) hotel. Super-easy check in with, as always, very polite staff in attendance. Used the secure underground car park which is excellent. The on-site restaurant was closed (not a problem as this was made clear beforehand) so we went to an excellent bar/restaurant nearby in this now flourishing business district. There is a new Pathe cinema complex within 5 minutes walk too. Rooms were super clean, beds comfortable and fitness suite was a welcome distraction after spending all day driving. Breakfast was excellent and check out very smooth. Thank you for another excellent stay.

We only needed a stopover for the night on route to italy so was perfect for what we needed . Note : no evening meal available . A choice of eateries and bars nearby and a good choice at brealfast

A good base for Lyon if you don’t want to be in the centre

Superb parking if you are precious about your car secure gated and underground ample spaces. Great room good amenities coffee machine and water. Breakfast was good fresh fruit was delicious. Staff were very helpful

It is a bit too far as a tourist hotel if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk to the train station.Then it’s a short hop on the metro to the centre we got an all day all transport ticket for €6 well with it.

Excellent

Very good hotel. It is positioned along Saône river. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and we could sleep like a baby. The brakefast was very good. There is a terace outside where you can enjoy your meal. The personel was very friendly and helpful. The town of Lyon is very beautiful and we will come back for sure to visit it completly using the same hotel

Didn’t have a fridge. When booking we were supposed to have room looking over river but our rom looked over loading bay. I thought was a little closer to town

when your expectation is not what you see in reality it is hard to find something good (

1. Parking in the hotel is complicated - you need to chat with the reception the garage door will open - why you cannot make a ticket at the entrance. Inside of parking to get to Hotel you need one more time chat with reception ( 2. At the weekend no food service at the hotel at all (only breakfast available). Around the hotel, you have only one restaurant with fast food ((( 3. Quality of bed sheets very bad( it is very old and not very clean 4. In the bathroom you have only a bath with a shower. When you take a shower, the water does not have time to drain and is collected in the bathroom 5. Quality of breakfast is very low. You do not have any fresh vegetables you have only 1 main course (

Perfect stuff and hotel

We do a lot of bussiness trips and also for holidays and stayed in a lot of hotels in bussines areas and i know what to expect from a hotel. The hotel was very clean and big rooms. The stuff was nice and helpfull. Location was ok with some restaurants in walking distance and bus stops just a minute away. The rooms had everything that you need. Breakfast was really good and the restaurant of the hotel one of the good ones in Lyon. For a 3 star hotel it was perfect.

Very good

Nice descent hotel. We asked some questions before arrival via the booking app, these were answered within a short timeframe. Rooms are spacious, descent and wel cleaned. Breakfast is fine. Location is near the freeway and some restaurant are around the corner.

Only one minor detail. At the keycard release of one of the rooms the system didn't blocked the room for further hand-out, so a couple came in the rooms because reception gave them our room. This was resolved quicky by reception.

the room was huge and comfortable and the bathroom was very big too. the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. private secure parking underground. bike hire just outside.

it was a bit further out of the centre than I expected. no mini bar or room service just vending machines.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast.

On Saturday evening, around 21:30, the hotel bar was closed and it was impossible to buy a cocktail or a glass of wine. The only alcohol in the vending machine was Heiniken beer. In wine country, only imported beer. Very strange.
