Staff were incredible, from the lady who checked us in and showed us on the map all the places to visit in Lyon, to the two gentlemen who offered us advice and remembered us. When we arrived back late he was happy to serve us in the bar and was very friendly chatting to us whilst we enjoyed our drinks.
Rooms were a very good size and we appreciated being able to have 3 separate beds in one of the rooms.
Great transport links from the station next to the hotel (Perrache).
Area wasn't the nicest, but was next to a main station, and still felt safe when we walked back from the station late at night. Not overly keen on handing the key back, but it did mean we couldn't lose it!

Lovely staff and a wonderful stay. For a 3-star budget hotel, this was excellent. Would recommend!
Some of the hot breakfast items were cold. The rest was great!

The staffs were courteous and helpful. The room is small for three persons but the beds were very comfortable. We were glad the room air-conditioning is cooling for us to rest and relax during the heat wave period.

Staff tried to compensate their flaws with great service
No elevator! Room super small with window facing a wall, neighborhood was not good, too close to train station and a park full of vagrants.
