Basic. Noisy. Safe. Comfortable.

Good location. Very nice cleaning lady. Comfortable bed. Basic but okay.

Stairs. No elevator. Not hotel’s fault but some other guests were very noisy along corridors, with children running & yelling… late… after 10pm. Inconsiderate. Very small room. Minimal towels (bath towel + mat). Tiny sachet of shampoo + soap bar. Nowhere in shower to put soap etc. Shower enclosure allows water all over bathroom floor. Door mechanism is faulty, or at least very particular as the rfd card has to be tapped just right & then the handle may decide to operate. The gentleman at reception came up to show me how “easy” it was… that I was not doing it right! As if I haven’t stayed in a thousand hotels ha ha! Always annoying when you’re blamed/shamed for something that doesn’t operate properly. You can hear the street pretty well. I recommend a white noise app if you’re going to stay here. The location is great, so I had a good time out!

In short, it’s an excellent value for money with a very good location — as long as you’re not extremely picky.

I really appreciated that I could book something in Lyon from one day to the next, at an affordable price and in an excellent location. The staff was very nice, all the facilities were good, the breakfast was great, and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

It could have been a bit cleaner, although it wasn’t bad at all. There was quite a lot of noise, especially from the doors slamming, which was a bit annoying.

Overcharged my credit card and bad room given without key

I was shocked and surprised that at my arrival at the hotel, when I was paying for my stay, 55.09 euros , the man at the reception overcharged my credit card and when I realised it from the receipt he gave me, I confronted him and he was saying that he didn't see well and what is so funny and silly, about the whole issue,he is telling me that, he will over me coffee tomorrow. This is the time I got annoyed, and I asked him for a refund. He also sent me to the room without a key, and that room was water over the floor from the toilet. And he changed the room to the next. It's really cold inside, with no heating and I was unable to sleep in the night comfortably. Worst hotel I ever stayed!!!

Excellent location and amazing staff!

Perfect location in the city center, within walking distance of all main attractions. The staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. We appreciated the early check-in and the option to leave our luggage before arrival — our bags were already placed in the room when we came back. Even though the central heating wasn’t on yet due to the season, they provided an extra heater because of the low temperatures. The room was quiet, facing the inner courtyard, and very comfortable. Truly lovely and attentive staff made our stay even better!

Staff was great and the location is great, everything else needs some improvements.

The staff at the reception was very gentle and helpful, especially Midi. Hotel can reserve a parking lot for your car in the next building. Bathroom is renovated and modern.

Parfait pour venir en voiture

Super emplacement pour visiter Lyon à pied, calme et propre. Parking de l'hôtel à côté à un très bon tarif, possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel le temps du check in.Merci d'avoir accepté qu'on laisse la voiture jusqu'au début d'après midi pour une dernière ballade.

Un peu viellot mais normal pour le prix.

Mendi service is nice.

Ihre Hardware-Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Wenn nicht so perfekt, habe ich einen sehr guten Mitarbeiter getroffen, Mendi. Er gab mir rechtzeitig viel Hilfe, wie z.B. neue Heizgeräte und Steckdosenleisten. Sein Empfang ist auch sehr geduldig. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und direkt an der Kreuzung. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Lyon fahre, werde ich dieses Hotel wählen.

Le pire de toute ma vie.

Nous étions à Lyon pour le marathon et avons séjourné dans cet hôtel le week-end du 5 octobre. Quelle horrible surprise en découvrant la chambre ! Elle était dans un état de saleté lamentable : poussière épaisse, débris au sol, cheveux et poils un peu partout (dans le lit, la salle de bain et sur le sol). Les draps, oreillers et rideaux étaient tachés, signe d’un manque total d’hygiène et d’entretien. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, avec un enfant en bas âge, et la plupart des hôtels étaient complets à cause du marathon. Alors que nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, dès le matin, nous avons quitté les lieux en urgence, sans même demander de remboursement, tant nous étions pressés de fuir cet endroit. Et même le petit déjeuner n’a rien rattrapé : 19 € pour deux pour un simple café, un morceau de pain, un croissant et un peu de beurre… lamentable. Sale, négligé, indigne d’un hôtel : à éviter absolument !

J’ai été déçu, il y a un décalage entre le prix et l’ensemble.

La literie est confortable le calme est au rdv

Il règne dans l’entrée une odeur désagréable de parfum artificiel qui rend le lieu tres ordinaire avec peu de rapport avec le prix. Les moquettes sont à refaire et dans la chambre il y a des résidus de poussière dans les coins de la table notamment. Les finitions de la salle de bain n’inspirent pas confiance. Des joints manquent à la douche, les finitions ne sont pas soignées.
