Good room for a winter trip

Nice cosy room close to the city center with a functional heating system.

Not very well insulated and not very clean unfortunately. Walls seem very old and there was a lot of dust behind the heating and a bit in the wardrobe.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel on a great location, right where the downtown starts. Housekeepers were always taking care of our room, even folding our pijamas on the bed. People on the reception were always positive and kind to us. Thank you!

To be honest I was surprise because everything was so affair the room is so clean spacieuse bed clean towels everything I would recommend and I would come back without talking the location is so convenient

Inexpensive, no frills, safe spot for solo traveler

Found the cheapest room I could get on booking with the best reviews. The room was small and no AC but that’s what I paid for! Had a great fan that did the job to keep cool (90s F everyday while I was there). Safe location for female solo traveler, kind of secluded but easy to walk around the city from. Staff was nice!

Everuthing was perfect!

Perfect location, 3 minutes from the train station and metro, yet incredibly quiet and quite cozy. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

Close to bus/train station. Close to main area with lots of places to eat and drink. 20 minute walk to Old Lyon which was beautiful.

No air con but they do provide fan. The room is a bit dingy and stains on carpet. Bathroom isn’t very nice either but location made it okay.

One particular night staff was surly. The single rooms were too small and extremely hot. There was a fan but plugs too far away.

Great location but some disadvantages

Good location near train station markets and river walks.

Fire alarm going off three times in one night due to someone smoking in their room, causing evacuation until alarm stopped. Not easy to find stairway in dark corridors. Noise from street late at night.

This is cheaters! They took extra money when we arrived althou room was prepaied. said that this is deposit money. took 50 euro and never give it back!!! so this 2 stars hotel without infrustructure and in owfull location cost us 130 euro!!!

Watch Out! BEDBUGS! (Room 51)Lack of hygiene, untidy rooms

Stay away from this hotel! Lack of hygiene, untidy rooms, BED BUGS!!! Regarding their hotel rooms, i have lost feeling of comfort after realizing what these insects are on the bed and i do hope not bringing “anything” home with me. The staff was helpful/ giving me another room as soon as i told them of my issue, but still i felt uncomfortable. Funny, the guy told me this has never happened before and now that i am reading the comments it turns out, that other people had the same experience in the same room..So that was a lie. I am leaving this review as a WARNING! I was staying in Room 51 first, then got moved to Room 50. (Not that far from those effing bugs) This is very disappointing! It has made my stay quite unpleasant!:( I wish i would have not paid for this.. First thing when i got home is to disinfect and wash my clothes between 60^-90^ degrees.. Not exactly the way you should get home from a lil weekend getaway...

Nice place

Right next to Perrache and a few hundred meters from Place Bellecour. Everything is very essential but serves its purpose. The staff is very nice!
