A perfectly balanced hotel

Very friendly staff, pleasant interiors, a good restaurant, and a wonderful view of the river. There are no frills here, but everything they offer is done quite well.

There are some minor issues with the condition of the items in the room. I hope they will be fixed and the hotel will remain as good as it is now.

Cool, hip design hotel outside city centre with great staff

The young team of staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and charming. Couldn’t do enough to help and were brilliant with things like restaurant bookings

No TV - but that’s a statement by the hotel. Location was 20 minutes drive away from town centre but it was in an amazingly cool area called the Confluence which had everything you need. Funky design

Vry cool vibe in this hotel at in a pseudo-industrial design district. Cleverly designed rooms with good linens and amenities. Budget price but with a lux style. Good breakfast. Charming staff. Excellent work areas. Has some good rooms for functions.

I cannot do with rooms that they don’t have a totally separated toilet area. The door wasnt from ceiling to floor, so there was no privacy.

Hotel is very nice, well decorated and confortable. Location is great and staffs is very helpful.

Breakfast was expensive and quality quite low. We had to wait 25min for bread and pastries to be available. When they reach, the bread was still frozen inside. Omelet was available for an additional 5 euros. Compared to other hotel in Lyon and the price of 16 euros per person, we were expecting a much better service.

Perfect for fun/food..museum and tram nearby.

Rooms are simple. No sofa, but a desk. The shower and sink are behind the bed so that's rather loud but the toilet area has a door. The restaurant had a great bar atmosphere after hours. Really nice for a nightcap. Breakfast was truly amazing!! Staff night and hot wine a real treat. Thanks for the fun stay!

Parked at the museum lot nearby.. Somewhat far and dodgey, but we could see our car from our room.

A nice surprise

Extremely kind and helpful employees, both efficient and talkative; very convenient and tasteful bio cantine/ dinner and breakfast; I loved the big tables; I also very much appreciated the 10 minutes massage opportunity in the restaurant at dinner time (professionnal masseurs!) and warmly recommend them!!!!

A pity that we only had a one night stop-over; I would also recommend to really not leave anything at all in a car parked in the Confluence area

When we arrived after a long days travelling we were greeted with nothing but smiles and positivity by the staff which made us feel a lot better! The food in the restaurant was amazing!

The only downside was the breakfast I felt we didn't get our moneys worth for the variety that was available.

Good for a short stay.

Friendly staff, easy connection (tram stop at 5 minutes). Good acoustic insulation (which is véry needed). Fun decoration.

Instead of curtains there are sliding doors that were worn out. Upper terraces do not have covering so very wet in rainy weather. Queen bed was two single beds put together, unfortunately. Quite a walk to the nearest store/restuarant/bar.
