Comfortable apartment in good location

Well situated apartment hotel near the main station. Located in a pedestrian area. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Free coffee in the lobby. Shops and restaurants nearby including Halles de Paul Bocuse

No Airconditioning. Located in pedestrian zone so a little difficult to access by car to drop off luggage. Room well equipped but showing some wear and tear

Foodie heaven in Lyon, a beautiful relaxed city

Appartment as expected of Citadines, was very comfy and had all you need for full self catering experience. If you are a foodie the apartment is a 1 minute walk from the fabulous Paul Bocuse Food hall, too delectable to miss. This place is foodlie heaven and so is Lyon overall. Food hall open from 7am until around 10 at night, so there is always a wonderful selection of food for a meal. As we were travelling by car we also had parking for our vehicle, although there is a charge for this.

Good location, close to the city center, commercial center, tram station and train station. Free luggage room, free coffee and drinks. People of the reception are nice and they speak English. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary.

Could have been cleaner. We found some trash from previous guests. The bath tub is a little bit slippery.

The room had a bath, which was a great surprise! I liked the kitchen which had a dishwasher, hob, microwave and fridge - all the basic kitchen appliances and cookware were provided. I felt the bedroom was spacious and had all I needed for a short stay. Free tea and coffee was available 24/7 in reception.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom with no hand washing basin. I didn't find the shower over the bath very powerful, but I was very happy to have a bath tub!

The stay worth the money it costs, but not more

The location is great, near the train station enough but still quiet. There are bis and metro connection to reach easily every part of the city.

The room are not being cleaned during your stay, at least mine wasn’t. I don’t need fresh sheets or towels every day, but it would have been nice if at least the waste basket would have been cleaned

Kitchen is well equipped. Parking place (16€/day) is directly below the hotel which is super practical. We were allowed to leave the car there until afternoon on the day of checkout.

Room didnt have airconditioning and was very hot in night. There was a fan, but we couldnt place ot in front of the window (short cable).

Overall, such a place is definitely useful

1. the large bed 2. the toilet being in a lavatory not in the bathroom 3. the kitchenette 4.the door of the the studio being secure and having a doorbell 5.the absolute autonomy of the studio 6.the provision of utilities such as sponge, detergent, tea-towels, etc

1. a lavatory should have a wash-basin, too 2. there is no handiman available; we had to wait for two days for an electrician to turn up as there was no light in the bathroom, and even then he showed up with the wrong gear 3. the outside of the windows was dirty

A lovely studio with a view, very clean and very nice staff. Perfect.

The studio flat was perfectly clean with a balcony, view and great bed and bathroom. I flew into Lyon and the studio was an easy walk from PD station. The apartments are on a pedestrianised street so there is zero road noise..

Pleasant stay despite the mosquito graveyard in the room.

The staff were very friendly and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

The property has a mosquito problem. It was impossible to leave the window open without attracting more. This is clearly a long-standing problem as there are quite a few squashed insects on the wall, ceiling and curtains in the room. I was offered a different room when I asked but was told it wouldn't make any difference as the problem was everywhere. The staff also offered mosquito spray. It would be good to invest in regular cleaning of the dead mosquitoes in the rooms and probably some screens for the windows

Spacious room, well set up for self catering, great location, easy walk to all the major attractions of central Lyon. Under hotel car parking was a bonus.

No coffee maker apart from a filter funnel. The first appartment hotel, or Airbnb, that we have stayed in for a long time thay did not provide a pod or capsule coffee maker.

Very good

The paid breakfast was well worth it. The lady serving the breakfast was very warm and friendly. Room was good, would have been nice to have a window as well. They keep free tea and coffee, we didn't have, but its nice to know it was available. Reception staff was also very cordial.All in all, good stay, value for money.
