A great place to stay if you’re using public transportation or don’t mind walking a lot. But parking difficulties partia

Very nice, well appointed apartment. Newly renovated and very stylish. A nice neighborhood (except parking, see below) with only a 15-20 minute walk to old town and other Basel attractions. Very close to public transportation if you don’t want to walk.

There is no public parking within a 20 minute walk to the apartment. All parking around the apartment requires a residential permit and any other street parking is for 90 minutes max. We looked for parking for 60+ minutes before giving up and parking illegally. With such a difficult parking situation, we would have expected some parking recommendations before our arrival. Even when we asked the next day about parking, the response was “sorry, you’ll just have to park on the street.” But there are no viable parking options on the street, only residents with a permit can park on the street resulting in a very frustrating experience and leaving a sour taste for an otherwise pleasant stay. Also, the apartment has no windows, although it has very nice skylights. It did get stuffy and there is no alternative egress in case of emergency.

High standard modern apartment

Location was very good, close to public transportaion, close to cafés, bakeries and supermarkets. The owner was very responsive, generous and helpful. Easy checkin with clear directions. Every tiny problem was immidiately taken care of. The apartment is beautiful, new and modern, all utensils are of very good quality. Comfortable bed, high quality linen and towels, many electrical sockets, good lighting. We will definitely come back

I liked everything however the kitchen, that was well eqiupped, was small, more like a kitchenette.

Ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer geschmackvollen Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und hatte eine tolle Lage. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und man konnte sich gut entspannen.

Kleinigkeiten bei der Sauberkeit könnten noch etwas verbessert werden, ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Ein Tag in Basel; auf dem Weg nach Deutschland…

Es war alles neu, super modern…auch technisch; wenn man vor dem Haus steht, erwartet man so eine „durchgestylte“ Wohnung nicht…Alles Top!!!!

Für eine Nacht überhaupt kein Thema; wenn man länger bleibt - ein Geschirrspüler; das Einzige, was auffiel - aber das ist Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau!!!!
