V. helpful staff. V. nice buffet breakfast. Room was clean and a good size for 4 people for one or two nights. Beds comfortable. Short tram ride to city centre. Parking just across the road.

The staff were very helpful. The self check in process was easy and worked well. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location was right across the road from Basel Bad train station which was very convenient. Basel Travel Card provided which was handy. There was a grocery store right across the road also. Easy to walk into town from there also.

Huge room. Lots of space. Coffee machine. Bed and bowl for dog.
Quiet room. Enough towels.
Shower was incredibly weak. I have medium length hair. Hard to wash the shampoo out.
