Nice place furnished with lots of taste and eye for the details. Excellent experience for the body and mind.

My credit card number was registered as a guarantee. If I want it to be removed/deleted, I have to particularly ask for this, otherwise the hotel keeps this information for the future to which I disagree.

Great location, wonderful staff, spotless and continental breakfast is fantastic

Location , though you had to go to sister hotel across the road, for lounge, dinning it was not a issue. The sister hotel backed onto the river and has a lovely outside seating area. There is a lively wine bar at Consum hotel

There is building work next door but this will be temporary and I am sure the out come will be very smart

Terribly small stuffy oppressive room with no AC and next to contrustiob

Did not appreciate at all the hotel did not have ac. It was awful. The room was small and stuffy and not attached to the hotel. Construction going on. We had to pay $150 to upgrade to AC. Would not recommend in any capacity. The breakfast however was excellent

Highly recommend it, good value for money and staff were really professional.

We were given a room with a balcony, it was kept clean and cozy. Staff were really helpful and nice with all the requests we had. Ambiance was excellent. Highly recommend

There were no mugs for coffee/tea, just normal glasses. Apart from that everything was brilliant.

Problem with electricity, in our room we needed to unplug one of the lamps. Not enough sockets, none near the bed.

perfect family city break stay

we booked the studio room and it was huge! perfect for staying with a young child, able to put them to sleep and still enjoy our evening in the “living” side. massive bathroom and bath too the staff was so friendly and welcoming

initially couldn’t find the entrance (it’s in the main hotel over the road) and many stairs to get into the main hotel was tricky with the pram

Amazing stay, will definitely be back

The location was amazing, super central. The staff was really friendly and when we checked in we got upgraded to the penthouse which was just wow! The room was so stylish and we had a really cute terrace. The breakfast was really great too with lots of choice and we sat by the windows with the view over the Rhein river.

geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, Kaffee und Tee zur freien Wahl auf dem Stock, riesiges sehr schönes Badezimmer, professionelles und sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Boxspringbett ist zu gross für das Zimmer und nimmt etwas von dessen Scharm. Baustelle vor dem Haus, wurde bei der Buchung aber angekündigt und war am WE nicht in Betrieb (kein Lärm jedoch ganze Nacht Flutlicht direkt ins Zimmer

Klassentreffen mit 1 Übernachtung.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem grosszügigen Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Hotel gehört zum Hotel Krafft - ist aber auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite - Zwar nicht direkt am Rhein aber ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Tolles Frühstück im Hotel Krafft mit Blick auf den Rhein. Sehr gute Lage am Rhein kurzer Weg zu Fuss zur Altstadt Grossbasel.

HOTEL BOUTIQUE DE LUJO

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy atento y profesional, la habitación de ensueño. Diseño, elegancia y comodidad. Vistas a la calle, zona de estar amplia con un sofá-cama muy cómodo. La habitación principal y el baño preciosos, con una cama enorme y confortable. Todo fue perfecto para hacer nuestra estancia inolvidable. Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel. Volveremos a alojarnos allí en futuras ocasiones.

La bañera. Era un deseo especial para tomarme un baño relajante, pero es muy grande y yo no soy muy alta, así que me resbalaba en su interior. Una lástima! Pero el baño estaba muy limpio, perfectamente decorado y con todo lo necesario.

Perfekt, um die Stadt zu erleben - für alle, die es gerne unkompliziert und komfortabel haben.

Das Zimmer / die Aufteilung und Einrichtung, die Badewanne, die Kosmetikprodukte, die Lage in der wuseligen Altstadt (bei offenen Fenstern sehr laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man absolut nichts mehr!!) und in einem wunderschönen Gebäude, das extrem freundliche & hilfsbereite Personal. Auch wenn es keine AC gab, waren die zwei Ventilatoren sehr angenehm und willkommen.

Der TV funktionierte irgendwie nicht. War in unserem Fall nicht wichtig, aber wenn schon einer dort steht, würde ich das bei dem Preis erwarten. Habe mir mindestens 3x den Fuss an einem Sessel mit Metallkonstruktion schmerzend angestossen. Bis ich ihn einfach in eine andere Ecke gestellt habe. :) Das Frühstück (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war sehr lecker, allerdings meine ich in Erinnerung zu haben, dass es früher etwas ausgiebiger war (Waffeleisen funktionierte nicht, es gab auch keine allergikerfreundliche Alternativen; bspw. Brot oder Milch / Joghurt ...).

Super für einen Wochenend-Trip im Dreiländereck

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und haben ein sehr grosses und schönes Zimmer bekommen. Vor dem Zimmer direkt hatte es eine Wasserzapfstation, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum und man kann überall zu Fuss hinlaufen, oder Day-Trips nach Freiburg, Colmar uvm. machen.

Es war Hochsommer und das Zimmer war extrem heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Storen oben, sodass die Sonne voll reingescheint hat. Es hatte aber immerhin 2 Ventilatoren im Zimmer. Fenster kann man erst weit nach Mitternacht öffnen, da unten an der Strasse Bars und Restaurants sind, die ziemlich laut sind. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man jedoch fast nichts davon.

4 Sterne Hotel ??? 34 -38 Grad Zimmertemperatur … ohne Klimaanlage leider eine Zumutung !! dazu: ein kaputter Kühlschrank (es war ihm wohl zu heiß geworden?!?!) eine schiefe WC-Türe, die nicht schließt die Kaffeemaschine im Gang außerhalb des Zimmers der Wasserspender am Abend (auch im Gang) leer und Aufgrund Kneipen (Außenbestuhlung) natürlich sehr laut, aber gute Schallschutzfenster - (was bei 40 Grad nichts bringt ) …
