Modern design in an old landmark building is very well done. Convenient to everything in the city and very quiet given the location. Super helpful staff. The parking garage was easy and inexpensive.
The internet was spotty on the second floor but everything else is great.

Great location, excellent amenities, welcoming staff, refreshment station on each floor and a most plentiful breakfast.
Can be noisy if windows left open, but this is a minor point.

It was a nice location nice staff. The breakfast was also very nice.
My room was facing a courtyard where there was a loud event being held. Also there was a vent blowing cold air in The direction of the bed. It was a chilly night and there was no way to turn the air off completely off from the wall thermostat/ fan so it left me feeling cold and with a draft over my head while sleeping.
Overall it was nice but I was expecting more for the price. A tea kettle or snacks in the room or in general for it to be a bit more cozy and I expected more from it being advertised as boutique and design and for the price.

"Everything was perfect, the location is situated close to the river in the old part of town. The hotel grounds and rooms are beautifully furnished. The staff is gentle and extremely professional."
