The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental style, and was good. The hotel was in walking distance to downtown, restaurants and the square.

A good place to stay in a historic Hotel close to the town center overlooking the Rhine River
Good breakfast and helpful staff.
It was a bit noisy the night we stayed as it was festival time with bands marching around the area and Hotel location, they did stop just after 10pm so no late night issues.

The location is great. Amazing to explore the city.
The rooms with “elevator view” have no natural air. And in summer they are absolutely unpleasant. I would not book them again.
