Location

Rooms were not safe. Beds too dangerous for kids. My 3-year-old son fell of the bed and injured top of his eye and ended up in hospital for stitches. Hotel staff were not even interested in logging the incident.

Brilliant friendly staff on the front desk

Front desk staff very helpful, kind and diligent. Spotlessly clean. Good secure bicycle storage in the parking garage. Good central location and easy to reach from EV15 bike route. Free drinks, snacks and fruit from the coffee bar in the daytime.

While the decor was immaculately clean and minimalist, it was verging on clinical, but this is a minor gripe.

A little expensive, but super convenient for our needs with great staff and lovely food.

Fantastic staff on the desk at check in and then later that evening the lady on the desk went out of her way to make us something to eat as we missed the kitchen. Really helpful giving us advice about trams, giving us adaptor plugs and everything we needed. Good food, good breakfast and a convenient location with the tram stop right outside.

To me the rooms are a little sparse and bare, the pillows a little soft and the rooms far too hot but it didn't detract at all from our stay, just a preference thing. Also, the price, we paid over £400 for the stay, not including breakfast or parking which even in Switzerland is a little eye watering for a budget hotel for one night.

location was fine

The bed was quite low, difficult to stand up from. The hotel advertised free pastry and coffee 24/7 but when I asked for it at breakfast I was told it didn't apply to breakfast time. For the cost, and the quality of the breakfast, this should have all been included. The staff were ok, but the business of sitting in a table that wasn't set because we weren't paying the 25 Euro each for breakfast was lame. I didn't like the bed.

Great facility across all measures of hospitality, access and comfor. The staff were extraordinary.

Location easily accessible and directions provided accurate. Staff friendliness and helpfulness exceptional. The surprising extra touches like free access to a range of fresh fruit, tea and coffee and cakes. Cleanliness excellent.

Extremely friendly staff

Great service and very friendly people. Room was quiet, situated at the inner court. Extra service was the (ice) tea, coffee, fruit and pastries for free all day.

Price was really high 'thanks' to Art Basel.

Good

We slept here on our way to our final (ski-holiday) destination. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the highway. The closed garage is nice, especially with a car full of holiday-gear. We arrived at midnight; fortunately, the staff arranged for us that we could enter our rooms (and the garage).

The beds/matrasses were terrible (about as soft as a wooden plank...)

We enjoyed our stay very much in this hotel.

We have 2 rooms for me and my family. The rooms were very clean. We got our rooms very early although the normal check in time was 3pm. Their breakfast was excellent. Lots of varieties and good quality food. They provided fruits throughout the day and light snack in the afternoon. They even provided bottle waters in the room. The restaurant staffs were super friendly. The location was very convenient, right in front of the tram station and also very close to bus stations.
