Pullman Basel Europe

The hotel is located near shops so very convenient location. It's also not very far from station, so excellent location. The reception and back office staff were both very customer focused and caring. I loved my stay at Pullman Basel.

The room had no air-conditioning and it was quite warm so little uncomfortable to sleep. However they readily provided table fan which resolved the issue, so could comfortably sleep.

We were unable to sleep at night due to the constant passing of trams. The noise was unbearable, and the rooms facing Clarastrasse are severely affected by both the noise and the vibration from the road. In the shower, the water temperature changes abruptly from extremely hot to cold and back again without any adjustment, making it a very unpleasant and unsafe experience. Additionally, it is possible to hear the occupants in the room above using the bathroom, as a loud metal-clanging noise is transmitted through the ceiling and walls.
