Good location to sbb.

Location. Great views

Staff at reception were not very efficient. Three members of staff standing around one computer for check in. Room was stuffy. Couldn’t have curtains fully open due to offices directly opposite.

The saune showcases good usage on the wood. Prone for cuts on the skin. Maybe have a look and start looking at repairing it.

High standard well placed hotel.

Location in Basel City and proximity to train station. Room size. Blackout blinds and really comfortable mattress. Healthy and tasty breakfast.

Air conditioning unit was very noisy and seemingly this was an ongoing issue with the hotel. Had to be turned of overnight and fixed the day after. No snacks in the room.

Welcoming and stunning!

The location was amazing, only 5 minutes away from Basel SBB train station and also a stroll away from the Altstadt. The staff was super attentive, helpful and kind. The room was spacious and very comfy. Luxurious look anywhere you set your eyes on, even at the restaurant! Very pleasant!

Maybe the windows in the room. They cannot be open nor tilted and sometimes you needed to do so to air out the room.

Why do hotels insist on installing thermostats in the rooms which require an advanced degree and magnifying glasses to operate? Our shower did not drain properly.

A truly memorable stay in a beautiful, well-located hotel with excellent service and stunning city views.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center and major attractions. Public transport is extremely convenient—trams and the airport bus stop nearby, and the train station is just a short walk away. The hotel is stylish and modern, with great attention to detail. We stayed on the 15th floor and had an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was varied and tasty—don’t miss the waffles! Very clean, just like the entire city of Basel. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return

Amazing stay!

Amazing experience here, everything was brilliant. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room and it had an incredible view of the city from 2 sides of the room. Brilliant fitness facilities and we were so happy to receive travel passes for the city for our stay.

The price was too high for the overall experience. A guest cannot use the TV to cast their content in the room unless they are using Android… it's 2024! Would have been nice to receive at least a couple of chocolates or biscuits (it's often standard from 3-star hotels). Almost impossible to use the wifi from your laptop, because of the auto-triggered action of the open wifi. If you don't know how to force your browser to open that specific page, you are out of internet

Our second visit to this location and it was great to come back. Staff was exceptional and the location near the train station is so convenient!

Classic king room - just ok

Good soundproofing, comfy beds, clean hotel, good quality natural shower products. Convenient location next to the station (but 20min walk from the main bar and restaurant areas).

It was very warm and stuffy in the room at night, the aircon did not work properly and was hard to adjust, so I didn't get a good sleep. Cannot open windows. My colleague who slept in another room had a problem with the aircon too, but her room was freezing cold. My Classic king room window was facing an office building, which was very close and made it dark in the room. I had stayed in a Deluxe king room before and the view was amazing, which made a huge difference.

Modern Hotel in good location

Hotel is very nice, new, very clean , room was big. Very close to main train station and bus to airport. Walking distance to old city.

I booked that hotel, which was about 70Euro more expensive than one close by, just because I wanted nice view and / or bath tube - which was shown on the pictures of the rooms I have chosen. Unfortunately got room with view on the building very close by and just the shower ( nice though ). If i knew, i would ordered cheaper stay.

This was a really nice hotel to stay and would like to come back!

The interior and hotel was really nice. I liked the breakfast and bar.

Our sink was a bit clogged so water needed more time to go down. Also one day our room wasn't cleaned while we were out the whole day, so we needed to just ask for extra towels as there was not time at the evening that they clean it.

Great hotel but terrible staff

Clean, comfy, great location.

Staff was not helpful.. I entered parking, called staff and she said it’s full. My friend came 5 mins after and told me there are plenty of spaces. I had to walk to public parking, pick up car and drove back to hotel parking. The next day after check out I was asking a staff at reception and she was responding in very ignorant manner.. worst staff in all hyatt hotel I have been staying.
