Too little service and comfort for too much money.
This accommodation can only be described as an average short-term stay option. New and clean room, drawer with card lock option. Internet.
Bed and pillows with limited comfort and coziness. Small kitchen that is not well equipped and does not offer the possibility of serious cooking. Small kitchen table with only two chairs. We were guests as a family and used two rooms, so it was impossible to organize a joint lunch. Heating in the room upstairs was very poor, the temperature controller is just a nice decoration. Poor interior lighting. The self check-in system is a separated story. We have successfully completed the process, but I am not sure that it is suitable for every guest. Only one terminal is located in front of the entrance door and you, with frozen fingers, tired after the trip, need to scan your personal documents and fill out the forms yourself because the owner does not want to hire and pay a receptionist. Overnight security is also a problem, as you are staying in unstaffed accommodation. I don't know how they would get into your room if you lose your ID or the system doesn't recognize it or you lose your room card and you don't have a mobile phone to call someone. My personal opinion is that accommodation with self check-in should be avoided because of the great possibility of unpleasant situations. Too little service and comfort for too much money. We paid for accommodation in expensive Switzerland for seven nights in a luxury apartment of 60 m2 in a hotel with a pool and spa, as much as for two small rooms for 4 nights in this accommodation, and we booked everything at the same time through booking.com. Last year I had the same bad experience with accommodation in Austria, which was not the case in previous years. Everyone started cutting costs to the maximum without good service. Polite e-mail messages will not fix bad impressions.

Our stay was unfortunately unpleasant
We liked that it was clean. The parking was convenient. We are glad that we could charge our car.
The room was furnished in a very basic way. Essential items were missing, such as shampoo — the only thing provided was body wash in large bottles. Four coffee capsules were left, but the coffee was not good. The hairdryer was small and couldn’t dry long hair properly. The apartment was cold when we arrived. The mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable, and the bed was narrow. We slept terribly. The check-out time is 10 a.m., after which access is deactivated — which is far too early.

Mostly good things
The rooms were roomy, television was modern and easy to use, kitchen was well equipped and coffees and teas were provided, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Very clean and there was a mid-stay clean as well. . Parking was available and not too expensive. The staff were very quick to answer messages, which was very useful. And they helped me sort a date change without issue
The check in process seemed like it should have been smooth, but nothing actually connected and I ended up filling in the same information multiple times. More annoying than not. There was a laundry room available but it only had one machine and use was limited to specific times of day which meant we had to sit around waiting to try and get a spot. Our room was in the basement. It did have windows but a below ground level view of the car park. That won't be every room, of course, so might be worth asking in advance if you want to be above ground.

We were there for 7 days and six nights, for an event at the Olympic stadium and it was an adequate
Terrific location for the Olympia stadium and Tivoli field, if that is where your destination is. It's a bit far from old town, but a bus stop is only here two blocks away which will take you there in about 10 minutes. There is a grocery store about two blocks away. The better restaurants are further and would require public transportation. Television was great once we had management reprogram the menu in English, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Another thing is that the water quality is great, I did not mind drinking water right out of the tap.
Google maps says the facility has air conditioning. It does not, and neither the facility website nor Booking.com says so, so be sure to check the amenities. We were there during a warm spell, and even the large windows were not sufficient to keep the room from becoming oppressive at night. When we requested a fan, the management provided one which was very welcome. There needed to be more surfaces to put things on, and the bathroom was woefully lacking in hooks to hang things like towels , toiletry kits, and so forth. Like many European accommodations, there only one pillow, but the management obliged us when we asked for a couple more. The kitchen area was sufficiently stocked to make simple meals. The table is very small with only two chairs and no place else to sit. Some of the units have a couch, ours did not. Check-In was not straightforward, it took us several tries before the system recognized our identification, and it did not recognize our hotel code at all. It took about 15 minutes for us to check in at the automated kiosk. Many people experienced similar problems. The staff is in office downstairs, but only limited hours. So we were not fans of of the check-in process.

Unsafe, overpriced, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced
Check-in was easy... because there’s no reception or staff. But that’s also the problem. The building felt unsafe from the start, with a suspicious man smoking inside, people trying to get in, and no security or personnel on-site or anyone who will come if there's an issue. I wouldn’t feel safe here alone, and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to any woman travelling solo.
Beds felt unclean. Exposed electrical wiring in the room — genuinely dangerous. When I reported it, the remote staff were rude, dismissive, and borderline threatening, asking me to leave if I had a problem. Parking was unsecure and expensive, and the location had people loitering who made me feel very uneasy. The rooms also reek of cigarette smoke due to a poorly designed ventilation system that connects all the units. The street outside is busy with traffic, so opening a window means no chance of a peaceful night’s sleep. No idea how this place is rated 4 stars, it’s a complete con. Also far from the city centre. Stay at your own risk. I’ve travelled extensively and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
