Nice breakfast. Comfortable pillows and bedding. Good room. Easy parking and close to local public transport (bus). Good fitness facilities.

Great stay!

We were attending a competition at the Olympic Stadium so the hotels location across the road was perfect.

The room was a good size with views of the mountain. The bed was comfortable. The Restaurant on the 11th floor had stunning views and the Staff and food were wonderful. We enjoyed the bar in the foyer and the food there was yummy.

When I checked in there was no interconnecting rooms and the first room was not housed kept it the bed was missed up

Bit pricy but overall okey

The great receptionists helping us with questions or recommendations in the area. The free bus tickets. Location near de centre. Facilities where okey.

Our bed was not cleaned properly as we found popcorn in our bed sheets. The bedsheets itself where not properly put on the bed. So we had to make up de bed ourselfs. During breakfast service the staff was very keen to clean up everything as fast as possible. Even our full cups of cappuccino and full breakfast plates.

They overcharged us . I still can’t get my money back. I contacted them several times via this app and had no answer from them. Only when I wrote an email to them I got a response. But it was disappointing. They made me wait for 2 weeks to get my money available.

Innsbruck is a beautiful place and overall the hotel was very good.

It was very clean, bright and airy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Despite it being a busy Sunday night, there was only one person working on the bar and taking food orders. Due to this, the kitchen was closed early and we were not able to get a meal.

Good location for both sports and sightseeing

We were attending an event at Olympiaworld, and this hotel is directly across the street. Good tram service on the J and M lines, with stops near the hotel, made it easy to visit attractions in the old city.

We visited Innsbruck during a very hot period and the air conditioning functioned poorly. Our room faced a very busy street so we were unable to leave the window open. It got uncomfortably warm in the room. Also, there are no restaurants or grocery stores right near the hotel.

Enjoyed my time at the Hilton Innsbruck.

Food was excellent for breakfast. Dinner not available for first two nights. Nearby public transport was helpful. Room and view were excellent.

Spa/jacuzzi would have been appreciated especially after long day in 30 degrees.

warning about staying in Hilton, Innsbruck

Location was suitable for us. The room was as described, the bed comfortable.

When we arrived, the receptionist told me that he doesn't see my payment from Booking.com. So he charged me again, before I could get an info from my bank that I actually already paid. I had to be really persistent with the Front Office Manager for they must make a refund. When they finally did, it was a sum I paid at Booking.com - which was smaller then what they charged me the second time. Also, the conditioner in the room didn't work, the floor was dusty, and the hand cream bottle was empty. Overall, it was not the level of service one would expect from a four star hotel with a household name.

I loved the receptionist. She was an elderly lady and was very very kind and humble. I couldn't meet her before I left, but please let her know that I am very thankful to her. If you don't mind please share this message with her and let her know that we would love to welcome her to India.

The room that we’re given aren’t fully equipped. Bathroom slippers, duvet and cups aren’t given. The room’s air conditioner is broken down as well.

Breakfast was excellent. View at the Terrance is amazing.

We have booked 2 rooms and my top 3 reasons. 1. Requested to clean our rooms and had board hanged outside. But still NO cleaning was done. And when requested reception, they were asking us to clear the garbage bags and handover to her (since she said that she is not from housekeeping). 2. The duvets were full of fallen hairs and had to call reception to change the duvets. 3. Was promised to give the Hilton honours points being a Gold member, till now its not reflecting on my system. rest all is excellent. Check in and Check out was very slow and seen other people felt the same.

Worst staff across any standard

Not much

Where do we begin. In our years of traveling in different countries the staff at Tivoli Hotel is the absolute worst. They clearly hate their jobs so much or perhaps some of them (like the 2 gentlemen at the front desk) work for free. One of them couldn’t even reply with proper words and just shakes his head with the most abrasive look on his face. Management please replace your staff or pay them more and give them basic customer service training. Oh and that rooftop terrace they put on photos wasn’t open to eat there. Bed will hurt your back and the carpet was probably cleaned 3 years ago.

Innsbruck's heyday has long since passed

Breakfast was very good. Surrounding scenery is breathtaking. The room was nice but we thought they had air conditioning, but they don't. Thankfully the weather wasn't too terribly warm so we were okay.

No air conditioning could have been a real issue had it been warmer. The area seemed old and worn out. Not what we expected for a former Olympic village.

Asked reception why, they said its not really ac, bit some other system that needs a 10 degree difference yo outside temp. Pretty basic. Good location, with great promise from the outside, but sadly not as expected. The ibis is far better. Will never stay again

Ac turned off in the nights

the property is good, but then the ac was been turned off every night which was really difficult for the nights sleep. inspite if housekeeping staffs fixing the issue one the second day , we saw that ac was turned off on its own in the night. which was very uncomfortable

Nice stay near Olympic world

Excellent mountain views and a large breakfast buffet. The evening staff was friendly and supportive.The hotel is located nearby several bus stops , especially the J line that takes to mountain peaks

Unchecked room was provided with broken air conditioning. Room freshner not provided in bathrooms No room service facilities provided.Restaurant was closed most of the times during our stay Hair dryer was marked as faulty Minifridge was not cooling at all No coffee maker machine

Nice breakfast. Nice location. Nice staff. Nice bathroom. Wifi signal could be better. Cleaness could be much better. The windows in the room are barly opened and the AC barely work so it was too hot and too suffocating.
