Spacious, Clean and Extremely Affordable

The room was very large for a solo traveller. They let me drop my things in the room early so I could go sightseeing. The whole place was very clean, with some beautiful and interesting artwork. The price was a bargain..

Big room, clean, really convenient location to train station and old town. Walkable. Nice staff. Very accommodating.

The remote to the TV was broken. Also two twin beds were put together to make a double but one bed was about 2 inches lower than the other, so it wasn’t very comfortable for a couple.

Complicated Check-In, Key Confusing – Only for a Short Stay”

+Late check-in is possible. +During the day, the staff are helpful. +Luggage storage is available, and you can use the bathroom after check-out. +Very close to the train station. +Despite the key/lock issues, the price is cheaper compared to other accommodations.

-Check-in is very difficult; finding the room took a long time. -Key situation is confusing; it seems the same key is used for the main door and the room. -Cleaning could be improved. -No kettle. -Late check-in problems cannot be resolved if issues arise, as there’s no one available to help.

Friendly staff, near city center, but horrible sleep

The location was directly in the city compared to other options we were considering. The staff was friendly and even after checking out, allowed us to store our luggage while exploring the city a bit more.

The door would vibrate violently upon every closing of the outer hallway door, this caused us to wake up quite a few times throughout the night. The furnishings were more along that of a hostel, perhaps we just were unlucky and received a room which was yet to be renovated.

Perfect for a short stay

Location is awesome, it's clean, the staff is friendly and they speak English. Also, if you come by car, then parking is free and if you come with a pet, then there is no extra charge. Just don't expect too much...

we only stayed 1 night. although it looks a bit old, it is clean. - essential stuff in the bedroom: a bed, tv, and wc with shower - maybe it was because we were the only ones staying there (not sure!!), but the noise level was very low or non existent- can’t complain! - the staff was very kind, helped us with recommendations for Top of Innsbruck, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out

- no blinds/shutters, only curtains. we would wake up either the light at 5am coming through

Pleasant room close to the train station

The location is in a pleasant area not far from the train station. The room was pleasantly decorated, the beds were comfortable, the heating worked well, and there was even a nice view from the room.

Not having a lift was a bit difficult for those who have heavy luggage.

Great location, clean and well kept plus friendly staff.

We stayed twice overnight. The person at reception each time spoke English, was friendly and gave good advice. (On recommendation, we ate at Gasthaus Anica and would recommend it for Austrian food). It is definitely a budget hotel. The facilities are basic but it has all you need and was spotless and clearly well maintained. Although not cheap, it was still less expensive than anything else we could find. The location is excellent for train, Flixbus and for the interesting parts of Innsbruck.

On our first stay, our room was next to the stairs and people came and went at all hours and some made a lot of noise!

2 nights in Innsbruck

The pension is really in the city center, close to the train station and downtown. The receptionists were extremely nice and available, the room was clean and pretty spacious.

The matress was not comfortable at all and the second night there was a strange and loud noise coming from the outside. Definitely the room was not very well soundproofed.

Very good

Near the train station and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big with comfy beds and you could see the mountains from the windows. Short walk to the city centre too. The shared bathroom had a great shower and everything was very clean. I was so happy to find this reasonably priced place in Innsbruck, we really enjoyed our first ever visit there.

there was a really bad food smell in the room that despite opening windows and spraying air freshener it still lingered which was unpleasant during the night and in the morning.
