A cinematic, comfortable stay - value for money and helpful staff!

I had a great comfortable stay whilst on my trip to the beautiful city of Innsbruck, had an incredible view of the mountains every morning and a nice clean room with a comfortable bed! 10/10 stay would recommend the attic rooms.

It was great. Easily met my expectations.

The room had all that I needed, and it was clean. The staff were nice.

The only reason that I didn't say exceptional is that the hotel is not as conveniently located as I had hoped. A lot isn't within quick walking distance. However, I figured out the bus system, and there's a stop not that far from the hotel.

Quiet and comfort.

It's a well localized hotel, a medium-small room but sufficient and cozy for a couple. We'd to pay 3 euros per person for tourist tax. Very clean, quiet and the shower is good. For sure a good option in Innsbruck.

Quite neighbourhood

Parking on the street, better install the app instead of paying at the street machine, very poor indications from the reception. The bed was terrible and the lack of airco very unpleasant.

Nice hotel to spend few days in Innsbruck

Hotel has modern looks and located not too far away from the old town. The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was fresh and tasty. Also the looks from the room at the mountains were great!

1) Shower cabin did not have proper water insulation so the water was flowing freely under the door and we had a small pond in the bathroom afterwards (we have notified the reception about the need to fix this). 2) When we came to have breakfast some dished were already empty and the staff did not refill these properly, i.e., we were barely able to get the last bits of eggs and other things. We also noticed that the staff started to take the food away in advance - 30-40 minutes before the actual breakfast time was over.

Hidden gem away from the noise.

The hotel was nicer than expected given the price. The breakfast is well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is in a quiet residential area, there is a large market very near, the Olympic stadium is a 5 min walk, and about 30 min walk or 10 min drive to the town center.

Great value, comfy and cosy stay

Cosy, clean and comfy room for one! Being I was out all day for work it was great to come back to a clean and well-kept room. I shall look to be booking this again when I am back in Innsbruck

Noisey street outside and was quite warm so had the windows open and sometimes if people were outside smoking you could smell the smoke coming into the room

Good modern hotel in a residential area a tram ride from the center. Good value.

Binders is located in a residential area a tram ride from Innsbruck center. It was an easy ride. The facility was excellent, modern and complete. The room was small but had a view to the mountains that made it feel larger. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was fine. The staff was efficient and professional. I would stay there again.

I had no complaints about the hotel. It wasn't a quaint historical lodging in a picturesque setting. More like an efficient business hotel although I didn't see any business people there. The location was fine but not in the center of any restaurants, or city attractions. Just for accommodation. That was fine with me.

Good for stop in Inssbruck

Hotel is very close to the highway, so it’s easy to get to for traveling by car. The overall atmosphere of place is very welcoming, you could feel that staff wants you to feel at home. Room is spcious and balcony with nice view was great. Tasty bread options on breakfast and fresh orange juice.

Wi-fi was very unstable, if you plan to work from there with calls - make sure to buy internet pckage as wi-fi is not suitable for calls. Lack of vegetables on breakfast apart from some paprika or cherry tomatoes. Makes the food very heavy.

it’s clean and there is easy to find a parking space outside. it’s definitely more like a budget than 4 star option though there was a nice balcony in our room. place is pet friendly

Tiny room. Bed with one common mattress. Located far away from noisy city center. A few meters away from grocery store.

No fridge. No kettle. No sound-proofed toilet door. Old TV without wireless connectivity for streaming.

they couldn’t charge me and they simply made me and my child wait in the lobby until they manage the situation. it was deep night. the child fell asleep on their coach in the lobby just because their terminal didn’t work. and any other solution to pay was impossible

A perfect hotel with the best location - out of the hustle and bustle of the city with a stunning view and great access

The woman who checked us in and out and who was sometimes at the receptionist desk was completely awful. She was rude, unfriendly and rarely offered a smile or any amount of kindness.

Good location, away from city noise. Grocery store close by, and close to tram and bus stops. Staff were very helpful to identify ski slopes.

Pleasant and stress-free stay

This is not a budget hostel, it's just as good as an Ibis or other chain hotel, hence the hotel price. Lovely stay, room was clean and warm and comfortable, with a modern and spacious bathroom. I didn't mind the 25-minute walk to the centre as it's a busy, safe and scenic route, but there's a nearby tram which gets you there in a few minutes too. I was able to leave my luggage for free on the last day, albeit in an open and unlocked room out of sight of reception, but nobody interfered with my bags so not an issue. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, and I appreciated the Do Not Disturb sign for the door, I just wanted to be left alone and do my own thing which I was able to do, very pleasant and stress-free stay!

Kettle in the room would've been nice but I didn't really mind. Also the wifi kept cutting out and asking me to sign in again every day twice a day which was slightly annoying.

Stinky rooms, rude staff.

The rooms were quite cosy. Shower was nice.

I was given a room which smelled of the drains and had to request a new one. I was called to collect the key for the new room and as I arrived at reception, a group of 10 new guests arrived. I politely asked for the new key (carrying my luggage) and I was answered rudely to wait my turn and had to wait for the 10 guests check in to complete their check in. The other guests felt sorry for me and apologised. This gave me an even worse impression of the hotel. I did not feel valued as a guest. I would not stay here again.

Basic & good

Good value for money. Has all the basics. It's not central (approx 20min walk from train station). But knew that before and for me it was fine.

Breakfast for 18€ is rather pricey in my opinion.
