Great location. Just opposite the train station.
The amenities are adequate, the design of the hotel is modern.
however there was a strong smell of paint once we opened the door of the room that we needed to keep the only window open the whole day, n it could only be slightly opened.
There is an air con panel but it was not working. We opened the window for cool wind while sleeping but the noise of the people laughing n talking loudly on the street can be heard at night.
I heard the staff at the next reception counter offered the guests Innsbruck travel card while the staff handling my checkin didnt mention that to me.
I’ll be a great hotel if they can improve on these

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, right in the city center and close to many restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the newly opened Radisson RED Innsbruck. Location was convenient and near the train station (<5 mins walk) and staff were very helpful and friendly — giving us really good recommendations around the city and a complimentary Innsbruck welcome card, which provided us with free transport within the city. Room was clean and spacious, with the necessary amenities. Highly recommended!
