Enjoyed our stay very much & would return again!

Nice & clean hotel with comfy beds & amazing views. Breakfast buffet was excellent and dinner had a smallish menu but was tasty, in-house made Austrian cuisine. Spa/heated pool/sauna was fantastic! Close to tram & bus stops.

One of the female bartenders completely ignored us, while she chatted away with the men at the bar, very bad! The front desk staff was friendly but could have had a better idea of bus & train schedule times, especially since both are within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Classic Alpine guest house. Perfect for going into Innsbruck by free and quickly by tram just a block away. Staff helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We loved most everything. Food menu limited, buffet not always replenished when food ran out.

The views from this property were insane and bus station located 100m, overall the location was just exceptional located in a small town, quiet and quaint but close enough for all the attractions

This hotel is okay. 30 minutes from sites.

View from the room was fantastic and room was large. Breakfast was very good

This property is a three star. The rooms are nothing fancy. Need updating. Limited English when we first arrived. No lunch available and you are not near any restaurants. Dinner menu fair. 30 minute tram ride into Innsbruck. Next time I would stay closer to the town. If you just want to go hike and relax then this hotel is for you. Nice outdoor space only if the weather is good.

Not worth the price the hotel

. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The food was not tasty at all, and the place was not clean. I had booked a triple room, but they gave me a regular one without an extra bed for my baby. On top of that, they charged me for breakfast and dinner for the baby, even though I thought I had already paid for the meals. I felt like I was misled and overcharged. Definitely not worth the money.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We were so impressed with the evening meals. The outdoor pool was beautiful. A very chilled and relaxing atmosphere The tram is amazing, really easy to get around and totally free with the Welcome Card issued by the hotel

We were not initially allocated the room we had booked, but that was swiftly sorted by the wonderful reception staff

LOVE the Sepple!

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Very comfortable room, good space, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great balcony view. Great breakfast. Easy walk to the tram into Innsbruck, 100m maybe. Sauna and some other things that we didn't have a chance to use. Afternoon snacks, outside terrace.

Loved the view, the property and the cosiness. I wish they could provide a kettle in th3 room. I'm not sure charging for cups of hot drink is so much of an income generation for the hotel. Surely just add a slight more cost to room charge.
