Our stay lasted 15 minutes - then we were told , that NO room was available for us !

Owners were extremely unprofessional , aggressive +unfriendlyl Denied us the booked +confirmed rooms - and suggested to go to the HILTON in Innsbruck - or somewhere else....... That , the HILTON , was an excellent choice !

tHE OWNERS ATTITUDE -were not willing to accommodate me, a slightly handicapped man .WERE NOT WILING TO ACCEPT us for a Dinner reservation ! Blamed us - once we accepted to leave - for the LOSS of 2Nite's income !! But - ultimately they did refund ( thru booking.com ) our prepaid payment . That was the only POSITIVE thing at this location !

Very, very basic hotel. If all you want is a bed and a view of the countryside at a very high price, book this place.

The staff was kind and the setting was peaceful

One light in the room, one dim light in the bathroom. No TV. No telephone in room. Breakfast was basic, and the only hot item offered was one egg. Shower is very small, and I am not a big person. Don’t expect to shave your legs! Restaurant in hotel for dinner is Chefs choice. €40,00 PP. We did not partake. No access to the bar once dinner is finished. No access to coffee/tea in the morning till 7:45 breakfast. No place in the room to place luggage, other than the floor. No desk, no luggage rack. You get a bed, which was comfortable. I wouldn’t complain about any of this had the room cost around €60-€70,00, but I paid over €150,00!!! The nearest town is Natters, which has no restaurants, so we drove the short distance to Mutters for pizza. It was edible. Very glad we only booked for 1 night.

Views are beautiful, quiet, hiking all around.

The views were spectacular!

The dining in the evening. We always missed it, as the chef/owner cooked fresh. We understood that, however, maybe making a little more for those guests who come late? The last day, we walked in and asked about having dinner there, and we could hear the chef loudly groan. We said no worries, but after a long day in Innsbruck, we were hungry and didn’t want to go out again. This place was located way out.

I loved this family run hotel! I felt like I was in a scene from the Sound of Music being out in the fields and forest. The diner menu and breakfast were both excellent and the fresh flowers everywhere was great.

Very nice helpful staff. Hotel as advertised - surrounded by fields and mountains. Great views.. (Definitely need transport to get anywhere unless hiking.)Dinner served on the Friday evening was superb. WiFi available.

Excellent bed & breakfast near Innsbruck.

This family-run hotel is a great place to stay near Innsbruck (10min by car to the city center). The staff is very friendly and helpful (do not hesitate to ask any question on hikes, activities in the area, etc.... they speak German, English, Italian and also some French!). They serve a very good breakfast every morning. We strongly recommend that place.

The warm welcome and beautiful surrounding scenery. Food was also delicious and reasonable. We were headed to the airport and needed a place close to it. If you do not have a car and want the center of the city to do things this would not be the place to stay. It was great!

We loved everything about it! It’s exactly what we were looking for in Austria

Wonderful! Its in the heart of hiking country but only a few mins from downtown Innsbruck . The family that owns/runs it is simply amazing . They are knowledgeable, personable , and the Food is exceptional. Each morning breakfast consisted of an array of meats cheeses breads egg fresh fruits granola and fresh juices . We actually ate two meals in the evening and they were extraordinary ! I can’t say enough good things . We will be back !!

Great quiet location in the middle of the nature. Loved it. The hotel has a family feeling. Although the facilities are a bit old I find them classic. Breakfast was great.

We spent three nights there and we were blown away! Such a friendly and family atmosphere from everyone there (one of the best we have ever seen anywhere!), great breakfasts, absolutely amazing location and views! Also very quiet place.
