Great stay and superb access to mutteralm ski

Staff were very friendly. The location was excellent for the mutteralm ski resort. Easy access to the tram to get into the city. My room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains.

I didn't use the pool as it was not warm enough. The town was quiet in the evenings and I used 1 local restaurant. Other restaurants were further to walk. However I had a great stay.

Great location both to ski area and Innsbruck. Also a delicious pizzeria is around the corner!

The staff could have been friendlier. They seemed put out. Also the amenities could use some attention. Lastly solarium and the pool table cost money.

Very clean but dated. Like living in the 1980’s decoration. Very quiet village location & on steep hill. However tram station @ top of road 300 meters & free tram ticket into Innsbruck which is well worth a day visit.

Overpriced breakfast minimal choice 20euro for breakfast husband was sick overnight so never had breakfast still got charged 1 knife 1 fork 1 teacup and 2 different teabags in room for a couple no cold water in fridge ridiculously overpriced

The hotel was was comfortable and the position was close to the train station so easy access for getting into Innsbruck

Excellent value. Plenty of attentive staff. Convenient for public transport, great breakfast with local produce, quiet and international guests. English speaking.

Loved everything about the place. Staff at Breakfast and reception were kind . Breakfast was excellent especially the slow juicer .The view from the room was breath taking.

Just one.point was that we could hear our next door neighbours speaking late at night but other than that everything was perfect

This was a great place. Very nice view and a big bonus with stays over 2 days you get a pass to take the light rail into innsbruck, which was AWESOME!! and unexpected. Didnt' move the car the whole time!

Good room size & access to a balcony. 2 tables in room, very useful. Interesting location near a cable car which was free for us. Access to village by small local train from Innsbruck, a very nice route..this was also free for us.

The old man under the roof had (otherwise) a very good stay!

Two floors up by a lift, then next floor up in a narrow sraircase..... Why do they almost everywhere place persons of age not far from 90 such places??? (Well, they did not know my age before booking. . . )

Very comfortable stay in a quaint little town.

Fabulous rooms and great location near the tram station, which is included (with all public transport) in the Innsbruck card, which the hotel provides if you stay 2 nights or more. The views in the area are breathtaking but not all rooms have panoramic views (though still lovely). The town is quaint and there are many eating options in the local wider area, though a car is required for most unless you use the Innsbruck card and eat in the many Innsbruck restaurants, etc. There is a very nice lounge area where you can purchase a beer or wine or make uourself z cup of tea. The pool is good.

There isn't much to not like. Maybe the need for a car. Maybe that there is no lift, but the latter is fairly standard in most family style hotels in the area.

Amazing place to stay in Innsbruck

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Comfortable beds, very clean, great breakfast, and amazing view from our balcony. As we stayed 3 nights we really appreciated getting the Welcome Card for free public transport and other attractions. The tram into the city goes every 30 mins from a stop very close to the hotel. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back if we return to Innsbruck!

Fantastic!!

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The location is beautiful sorrounded by mountains. The place is spotless, the room has a good size, is comfortable and has a balcony with a nice view. The check in was also outstanding, Giovanni was extremely kind (even though we arrived after check in time)and helpful, he recommended things to do and explained how to use the public transport. We had a very nice stay, too short though, but we will definetely come back.
