Great food and ok rooms

Great breakfast and the dinner we had was great. Room was spacious as well

Wish we had a fan in the room and more lighting. The bathroom was ok but the shower doors didn’t keep any water from splashing all over the rest of the bathroom. I had to put a towel under the door to keep the water in. View from the dining room was magical

Value for money

Good breakfast provided in newer next door hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here before, so knew it was OK for one night. Beds ard clean and comfortable. Lovely view from terrace.

Rooms in Mutterhof are a bit tired. Very noisy road outside, and as no air-conditioning, the windows need to be kept open.

Felt a bit short changed here. No where in the listing did it say pensions be the photos show the other horel linked to this. Room was poor. not worth the high fee unpaid for 1 night

Very uncomfortable room, very small bellows and bed covers while the bed was very large, Very small space , expensive, still they are using keys . when I gave my comment regarding the bellows to staff he answered me it is just an opinion

The Pension is attached to a lovely hotel so while the bedroom, though comfortable, was extremely in need of modernising- bathroom grim but clean-the overall facilities and service were excellent. The welcome, check in and breakfast were exceptional and the food at the restaurant was a lovely combination ofTirolean and Thai. Nice views, good local taxis and tram connection toInnsbruck centre and station.

The rooms were very clean, cozy, the one upstairs was better, had better ventilation (windows everywhere, including the bathroom) and a great view! The one on the lowest floor was ok, but did not have the same ventilation. Breakfast was exceptional! Varied food, fresh and tasty! This was probably the best part (along with the view). Also the staff was friendly, very helpful and professional! The location is good (as long as you have your own car to move around) and they also have private parking which is very useful!

The room on the lowest floor (-1/basement) had no ventilation in the bathroom, which wasn't very nice. The other room (upstairs) was fine.

Next to the big new hotel. Room was comfy, warm and quiet. Good shower. Very dated decor which we did t mind. Only stayed 1 night. Excellent breakfast and good dinner in the restaurant.

Clean & comfortable with lovely views, the food was delicious, had an evening meal which i really enjoyed and the breakfast was great with plenty of choices of good quality food, all the staff were helpful and friendly. Many thanks.

Only thing that let my room down - it was a single one- was the lack of a bedside light apart from that very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing view

Fantastic hotel, located between two picturesque villages. Our hotel room was large, comfy and clean, and had an amazing view on the Alps. We only stayed one night (used it as a stopover), so we managed to experience only the breakfast which was one of the best we ever had. Everything was very fresh and the staff was super helpful.

The room was a bit pricey, but we only stayed overnight+breakfast, so we did not take advantage of everything that could be offered.

Location was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was very nice. Public transport takes you through a scenic route to the city center conveniently.

The shower drain wasn’t working properly, there was a water buildup after a few minutes of showering because it wasn't draining properly.

Great breakfast, the cleaning was exceptional, very close to the bus and trains stations (which take you anywhere you need).

We had a room at the ground floor which has no view, but the street. They were willing to change next day, but in a timeframe we couldn't. I asked if they could make the room temperature a bit lower. No self adjusting. It's centralized. They said no, although we had 26 degrees all 3 days. When opening the window, the entire room was smelling like cow poo... and even leaving it open full day, only after 3 minutes after closing, the temperature was rising back to 26 degrees, so not great sleep for the 3 of us.
