The very friendly staff and exceptional breakfast! The hamburger on the menu is a must-have as well. On the day of departure, the weather was not great. However, Emily organised us a drop off at the closest station, so we did not have to walk in the snow and ice with our luggage.

they gave free Innsbruck card for transportation for my two nights stay. they had excellent breakfast and the most amazing stuff. However good to know that the pension is joined with another hotel and for my room it was on the lower ground with no lift so I had to bring my luggage to my room which is quite a hassle but not really a significant downside of the pension. The food was amazingly good for breakfast and also I had à la carte vegan dinner here too. Also I left some things when I was checking out and the customer service was nice enough to email me and even sent back my stuff all the way to Germany. Very commendable to the staff who are very honest and kind. The view is also amazing and it's also just a five minute walk to the tram station which also has an amazing view. The bed was not bad and the room was clean enough. Nothing to complain. Overall if I were to come here again I would repeat staying here because of the warm and welcoming staff.
I wish there would be some help with the luggage next time.

Beautiful location, breakfast was nice
Felt a bit short changed here. No where in the listing did it say pensions be the photos show the other horel linked to this. Room was poor. not worth the high fee unpaid for 1 night
