Its was fine, no complaints

People were helpful and provided a snack as we arrived just after the kitchen had closed.

The car park was small and no marked bays this meant it was hard to get the car out in the morning, when trying to get to the airport.

Lovely stay although disappointed no bar or restaurant open to us for 2 days and then only until 8pm on last night.

Location above city was outstanding. Breakfast was really good. Free transport and frequent buses to town and mountains. Staff very helpful in day when asking for information ( one English speaking, thankyou.) View at midnight was amazing over city and mountains

Informed at last minute that no restaurant or bar in evening over new year. On arrival had to go back to city to eat. Very strange that the restaurant and bar was opened for cyclists on New Year’s Eve afternoon but not for guest which I was not impressed about.

Stunning views and lovely stay.

The view from our balcony and location was excellent. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Restaurant and breakfast had cosy atmosphere with good food.

The bathrooms were very small and our shower did have a good water drainage. The evening reception staff was somewhat platonic. The gentleman appeared to do this work as a chore rather than being friendly, upbeat and welcoming to guests. Especially as we were international guests, there could have been more improved communication. On the other hand, the morning staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel with a beautiful view over Innsbruck. Everything was fine and well arranged, also the restaurant was good, and we enjoyed our Schnitzel.

Fine, basic, overpriced

It is fine and a little dated. The room had a bed and everything you need for a basic stay. It was clean enough but this property is quite expensive for what it offers. There is a great local bus link but it is far from the city centre. The staff were friendly. If it was cheaper I would probably think about staying here again but for what it is it's a little overpriced.

Amazing views and pleasant stay.

We had an overlook view of Innsbruck from our room and balcony that was fantastic day and night. The view was the highlight of our visit. Fantastic and the family owners are very personable and engaging with visitors.

Facility in vintage style. Cosy room with balcony and nice view, escpecially in the evening. Easy to get to the city centre by public transport. Place near the zoo which you can reach by foot. Tasty breakfast and well stocked bar. Big free parking.

Great Hotel with Great View!

The hotel was located on the top of the hill, where the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. The room has a very very beautiful view. The bedroom was very spacious,and clean. The bed & blanket was very comfortable & warm. The breakfast was awesome! We love it, thank you!

The staff was not too fluent in English so we had a bit of difficulty communicating, but that was okay!

I liked the view but the facilities was old

I liked the view from Gasthof. Also I had a small hike to the mountains so the location of the accommodation was very good for that. Even though the hosts didn't speak English very well, they were really kind and tried to help as well as they can.

The facilities was a bit old in Gasthof - they are not updated since the place is opened. The toilet was a bit far away on the corridor, not in the room and there was no sink and the light didn't work properly. The sink was in the bathroom of the room. Also there was a smell of a cigarette in the room I got.

Innsbruck is a well-organised city. So staying away from downtown did'nt matter.

View was excellent. Room big and spacious. The bathroom really tiny. But functional. Breakfast was good. Service very good.
